SASTRA University BTech is a full-time course extended over four years. The course is offered in 24 specialisations and 10 minor specialisations. Some specialisations offered at the university include BTech in Information Technology, BTech in Aerospace Engineering, BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, etc. The university also offers a five-year BTech+MTech integrated course in Biotechnology and Medical Nanotechnology. To be eligible for these courses, an applicant must have scored at least 60% in Class 12 with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and at least one out of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Computer Science/Biology as optional subjects. Applicants without Mathematics in Class 12 are eligible to apply for BTech in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics & Bioengineering and BTech+MTech integrated programmes.
SASTRA University BTech admission criteria are divided into two streams as mentioned below:
