A college with both pros and cons.

Placements: Placements in this college have been better than most colleges in this region. It also falls under the best placement in the eastern zone. Around 60% students were placed. The highest salary being 24 Lacs from Amazon And the lowest being 2.25 Lacs. The average salary is around 3 Lacs. Internships are made available almost all the students after they have completed their 3rd year. Yes there is a placement cell and it ensures that students sit in the maximum possible company exams and interviews.

A good option to go ahead in your career in engineering.

Placements: Good companies visit here to hire maximum number of students with a high and good package! 100% placement is what guaranteed by the college and to get this the college even gives pre-placement training and assure each candidate is capable to get job.

Good Infrastructure and Facility, good placements every year. Disappointed with hostel mess food.

Placements: Placements are very good At ITER. 70% of students of students were placed. The highest salary offered was 21 Lacs and the lowest salary offered was 2.76 Lacs offered. Companies like Amazon, TCS, Infosys etc. Visited the campus. Internship is quite well at the Campus. Stipend from 20k to 30k was offered. The campus has its own placement cell.

Dissatisfied with the placement process on the campus.

Placements: I didn't get any placements on the campus. The quality of placement training programme is poor as they only focus on core subjects. The teaching quality in domain areas are good, but they should give more focus on students for their placement training programme also. They allowed cheating in placements. To show their placement status, they provide fake placements also.

The review on one of the engineering college in ITER, Bhubaneswar.

Placements: The placement for our batch was good. TCS was the mass recruiter for us, who recruited nearly 800 students from our batch. The highest salary offered was by Deloitte that is of 6 LPA. But still, the placement was not 100% for our batch. In our batch, only one mass recruiter came.

Faculty is the worst and infrastructure is pathetic.

Placements: It's a disaster last year, as fake placements were there, and the college has to pay the amount to the students. More than 540 fake placements and a case also registered in the college. The placements of my batch were not good. About 400 to 500 students have got placed in the college. I too got placed. The highest salary package was 7.2 LPA, and the lowest was RS 96,000 per year. It's really sad to say, but our students also don't deserve to be placed as they are not up to the mark.

Best college of Eastern India.

Placements: At least 50 companies are came to my college. 30% placements provided by my college. Some national level companies which are best hire our college students and give opportunity to work with them. Our senior batch students are very happy with their placements.

The institute is very good and students can develop their career.

Placements: I got placement in Wipro. Our additional Dean had given full efforts and gave is full placement training for us. The teaching is also good. Almost 90 percent students get placed. Students can also participate in tech fest and grow their talents and can learn new technologies.

In my point of view I will rate IBCS 3 out 5.

Placements: Placement was good. They tried to place all students but most of the companies were of marketing & sales which is negative points for student belonging to other stream. Around 90% got placed. In every batch at least 80-90% are placed. Nice companies comes. They also send us in pool campus placement.

This is the best college, and it is in the 1st position in Odisha as per the UGC.

Placements: There are opportunities provided by good companies across India to get placed. But, almost all the companies are software-based companies. There is less chance to get a job in a core company in this college because, in this college, very less number of core companies visit the campus.

Good Enough to study in inter but not other things.

Placements: Placement is good. Not like 10 Lacs package companies but good enough for a student. Previous year we got 3000 placements in our college. Companies like byjus, amazon are coming. Placement companies like google, Infosys are coming also. I think this year many students are going to qualify in the placement.

Absolutely satisfied with ITER.

Placements: Placements are pretty good if you have 60% and above in your 10th and 12th. If not, you have to struggle a bit. Many companies like TCS, Inautix, Deloitte, Zycus visit the campus. Internships you have to apply by your own. The highest package which came was of 14 LPA.

Most of the companies that conduct the placement drives offer the role of Graduate engineering trainee, associate software engineering. With an average package around 3lakh per annum and companies like deloitte, cybage, tekSystems offering packages more than 6lakh per annum. The placements, faculty and the infrastructure of the college is good.

Placements: The placement is average. About 70% of the students get placed, but the main thing is that students with less CGPA like 6 to 7 also got placed in good companies regarding their score. Their placement packages were about Rs. 25000 a month. Other good companies also come in our campus like Amazon, Tech Mahindra, TCS etc.
