ITER, a college that every student dreams.

Placements: As per my concern, a student in this college would get enough chances to make his way towards success, as it invites more than 40 companies for the campus placements. A student having the least criteria needed for the companies can easily get his cup of tea for sure. As I am a student of this college, I have got many chances from which I grabbed one having 5 LPA package.

Do not take the admission in this college.

Placements: The placement was good for the seniors, but for us, it was unfortunate that around 14 fake companies visited the campus for the recruitment. The highest package went up to 25 LPA by Amazon, and the average package was around 3 LPA. The software companies like Delloite, Tech Mahindra, Inautix, etc., visit the campus. The core companies like Meritor, Mahindra, Adani, and Autoliv visited the campus, and the role was given GET.

The college has good infrastructure with good faculty members, and placements % should increase.

Placements: For placement, many companies visit our college. About 70 companies come and hire students, but maximum companies are from software based, and core companies are hardly 4-5. About 75% of the total students in the college get hired. The highest offered package is 13 LPA, and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. We have a placement cell.

Overall, it is a good college to learn and grow.

Placements: Most of the students got placed on the campus. More than 80% in our batch and more than 85% in our senior batch got placed on the campus. The highest package offered was 7.8 LPA, the lowest was 2.4 LPA, and the average was 3 LPA. The companies like HCL, Infosys, Mahindra, Hettich, Capgemini, etc., visit the campus for the placements. Almost, 90% of the jobs where of IT. A few core companies took part on the campus. Our junior batches had bad campus placement.

The college has the good placements, faculty, and infrastructure.

Placements: The placements of our college are well and good. Every year, 80-90% of the students got placed. The highest salary is perhaps 6-8 lakhs per annum, and the lowest is 1.5-2 lakhs per annum. Many companies have visited our college like TCS, Wipro, DELL, and much more.

Placements: 70% of the students were placed in the 2012-2016 batch. The highest package offered was 18 LPA by the Amazon India. The lowest package offered was 2.5 LPA. The list of the companies visited the college are Tata Consultancy Services Limited, Calsoft, Zycus, Deloitte, Amazon, Direct, Collabera, Cybage, Capgemini, and Mindtree.

A god place with good faculty and campus life.

Placements: The placements in ITER are good, and almost the whole batch gets placed. The placements were 100% for my batch as well as for my senior batch. There is a placement committee consisting of college staffs who are responsible for the placements. The companies like Tech Mahindra, TCS, Infosys and Wipro come to the college to hire students. The highest package is around 7 LPA whereas mean remains at 4 LPA. The internships may or may not provide stipends.

Good faculty with best and clean infrastructure.

Placements: This year a lot of placement is done in this college. Many of the big companies visited as compared to the previous years. For the last 3 days civil placement is going on, and still, there is less placement in the mechanical branch as observed. The highest salary offered is nearly 20 LPA by Amazon and the lowest is around 2 LPA.

The college is excellent in academics.

Placements: For the 2010-14 batch, the placements were not good. Only 40% of the students were placed. As said by the companies, due to the recession, the vacancy dropped. Also, companies like the Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, etc., visit the college for placements. Also, a pre-placement preparation is held in the college.

ITER is one of the best private technical institutes.

Placements: Placement is good only for IT related branches. It is hard to get a placement if you are in core branch unless you are a topper. Placement cell is good. About internship, you need to find it yourself. No support from the college is given. They are good at giving recommendation letter.

An institute of research era and knowledge.

Placements: Placement of our senior batch is very good. Mostly, IT companies are visiting the campus. But, only a few core companies are coming. The core students can sit in both IT and core sector. We are expecting good campus placements in our batch.

There is a scope for extracurricular activities and humble guidance from faculty.

Placements: The placements are not up to the expectations of a student. In 2017, the case of fraud placements was probed and be assured that nothing of that sort will happen ever again. My seniors got placed, but the annual salaries are not very good, so I suggest going for other competitive exams like GRE and TOEFL.

The placements and the infrastructure of the college are good.

Placements: There are no core placements for the civil engineering students. You can get a software placement easily. Very fewer students are placed in civil department every year. The placement was good before 2014. The core companies used to come. But after 2014, only software companies came to the college. Last year some fake placements happened due to the mistake of college management and placement department.

Overall, ITER is one of the best colleges in India.

Placements: Last year, the placement was awesome, but due to some issues, last year placement was very bad as there was a fraud consultancy involved in which the college has no fault, and this year, the placement is fine. The student still has a hope of better placement in the upcoming years.

Placements: The placement wise, the college is good. But last few days due to some disturbances the placement was affected. Overall, the placements are good. The college is focusing on students growth. Various MNCs are visiting and doing a good job. The college is offering an average salary of 3.4 lakh per annum, and other companies are coming with 7LPA-8LPA salary packages.

Good placements in 2016, but 2017 was a great setback to the institute.

Placements: The institute has got its name and fame just because of its placement. Many well-known companies visit this institute and recruit excellent students, and the placement rate average is also quite good here. The required CGPA is nearly equal to 7.5 which is a must to sit in a campus recruitment process. The placed student seems quite satisfied after getting placement from here.

It is good enough for a student.

Placements: The placement is good, but the education patterns are not. And also, some teachers are not up to the quality. But the placement is nice. Good companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, etc., are coming to the college and selecting many students. I think this problem should be fixed in the coming years. I am studying in 2nd year. So, I am looking forward for the new coming companies in which I can prove myself.

Major companies which visited the college for recruitment were TCS (hired nearly 850 students), Tech Mahindra, Capgemini and top companies like Deloitte, Amazon, PayPal etc. Nearly, 50 to 60 companies came with a handsome package covering all branches of engineering.

Placements: The placement record is good on the campus. In 2016, it created a record in east India by giving the placement to 875 students alone in Tata Consultancy Services. Along with that reputed multinational companies like Amazon, Mindtree, etc., are hired people from our college with the high packages up to 12 lakhs per annum. Around, 98% of the students got placed in 2016.

Placements: The placement in this college is good only for computer science branch. Rest other branches have very less placement. Just for the sake of show off in numbers. They usually place students from the mechanical and civil into call centres, sales and marketing types companies.
