A college of national importance that can do much more than it's current state.
Placements: We didn't have a systematic placement system in our department, except for a teaching stint in Dehradun University with conditions. But the tag name of the college was always prestigious and handy. We didn't have internship in our curriculum and everyone got placed on their own by their own efforts.
Infrastructure: It is unfortunate to note that there hasn't been a tremendous progress in the infrastructure since it's inception more than 75 years back. Especially, the cramped spaces in an overcrowded hostel in Delhi weather isn't exactly exciting. The college should definitely improve on the resources. But, the sense of spaces and a good mess did compensate a bit with their warm hospitality. Also, it is important to note the amazing collection of books we've in our library. Truly, a rich resource.
Faculty: Our faculty involved a team of experts from their relative fields. Extremely knowledgeable and qualified, one could say the best of best. But there was a huge communication barrier between the students and teachers. The curriculum did invoke a sense of responsibility in the students, a greater picture than the reality of the field.
Other: For my field, SPA Delhi is the most sought after college for its remarkable importance. The perspective of things I've learnt in this college will always be an asset. But for a college of national importance, there are a lot of things to be improved here. Especially the infrastructure and perhaps an interactive curriculum. More fests, extracurricular activities and definitely a placement will be more rewarding.

Highly hectic curriculum and the field is not offering you many good opportunities.
Placements: There are direct campus placements which will be offered for almost 25% of the students, and the rest will be placed soon after completing the course. The average salary package offered will be 7.2 LPA. After the course, everyone will be starting as a junior architect. The average salary package offered for the course is 6-6.5 LPA. Almost 100% of the students will be getting internships.
Infrastructure: The college building is 75 years old, and it's congested to allocate these many numbers of courses. Still, the college is trying to provide infrastructure with the available facility. Wi-Fi, labs and library facilities are good. The hostel is also an old building, but still, it is in good condition without any restrictions.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly qualified and experienced in the field, but other than a few, the teaching quality is not up to the mark. The course curriculum is relevant, but it's really hectic. The course curriculum doesn't prepare students for the industry since there is a big difference in theoretical knowledge and practical field.
Other: I have chosen this course as I have an interest in nature and bringing people close to nature. The course should include more practical knowledge, and should not stick to education only form college. All extracurricular activities conducted here are really good, but the only concern is the infrastructure.

This is a college of national importance.
Placements: The salary is generally 35k to 50k for a fresher. There is no placement cell in college for every branch. It is recommended to have a placement cell in college to maintain the salary base. Salary is going down because there is no placement cell in college, this is the main issue.
Infrastructure: There are good facilities in college like library, games, etc. The food in the canteen is not up to the mark. There is a good building, but the infrastructure is poor. The classrooms are good and spacious. The infrastructure is old, so maintenance is required. The library is well-known in Delhi due to its collection of reading material.
Faculty: The teachers in the college are best in the region with high experience. They provide industry exposure too and really helpful. Professional working faculty members are appointed in college who are really helpful for the students. They have knowledge of inside and outside the campus, so they provide the knowledge in both ways.
Other: Athos, Nasa, Utopia, these are some of the events in the college. They celebrate each and every festival because the crowd of the college is from different parts of India.

Cool and friendly environment oriented towards placement and research.
Placements: There is no formal placement cell for BEM, but students organise it by themselves. Top MNCs offer placement which ranges from 4.5 LPA to 8 LPA as per marks, interview and experience. Nowadays, the construction industry is not performing well which has a severe impact on the placement earlier, and the placement is ranged from 7-12 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college wise, infrastructure facilities are not good, but especially for BEM department, there is a proper facility to study. Smart classroom with AC facility is available. All the students won't get hostel room, and only top 10 will get, however, rest of the students can get the room through sharing on concent.
Faculty: The faculty members in this college are friendly. The course curriculum is more subjective and theoretical rather than quantitative which is not too much numerical and calculation based study.
Other: Students are welcome who have more interest in research and for further study, and the college has chill environment, The college has 2-year classroom programme, and Rs.50,000/- is the annual college fee. Rs.10,000/- is the security deposit. You will get GATE scholarship if you are a GATE qualified where the college department prefers GATE qualified candidates of good rank which are under first 100 ranks. There is no tedious work to do for GATE qualified candidate to get their stipend.

This college provides a good learning experience and specially it's worth the money.
Placements: There are almost 100 percent campus placements in the specified course. The average salary offered ranges from 5.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA depending on the past work experience for the profiles of assistant project manager. The lowest package is 5.5 LPA for fresher's, and the maximum is up to 8 LPA for 3-4 years experienced students. The students volunteer themselves and make a placement cell, who contact and call companies for the placement.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good. The library has a very good collection of books for all departments, classrooms have Wi-Fi facility, but it doesn't work many times, sports and game facilities are average. The quality of hostels are not pretty good but can compromise over the educational facilities of the college.
Faculty: The faculty members are the best part of this college, very supportive and highly qualified. The course curriculum could have been better including more industry exposure as the course is related to project and site-specific. The number of visiting faculty are more which is good in a way, it gives insights of the industry, and it's the latest demand.
Other: There is an annual sports event which is really inspiring and motivating. Also, they have cultural fest every semester which gives a platform for various talents. The campus crowd is cheerful and truly interactive. Also, there are monthly workshops and special guest lectures which are informative and open to all.

The SPA Delhi is a famous brand in the field of architecture and planning.
Placements: Till 3rd semester, 80% of the students were placed. The placement opportunities are better, but the packages are less than expectations due to the poor market conditions. The roles offered at internships are of assistant project managers. The major companies who visit the campus are Space Matrix, Turner, Colliers, E and Y, Delloit, PWC, Aecom, Egis, etc.
Infrastructure: Basic facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms are as per a government college. The sports events are regularly organised. Extracurricular activities and fests are better than any other institute. The food is good. The hostel facility is limited and is allotted as per the merit in every year.
Faculty: The department has 4 permanent faculty members, who are experts in their own fields. The visiting facilities are the best professionals available in Delhi. The course is based on PMI- PMBOK. Exposure of industry is less as there are no official site visits are planned through the department. Major research works are of real scenario which is then proposed to the Government of India.
Other: GATE scholarships are given in every two months. Beside GATE, other scholarships are also available. Workshops are regularly organised.
