Good college, infrastructure, fests, but dissatisfied with placement.

Placements: For our batch, we got six companies, and 400 students were placed. The companies like CTS, Swaas, Sutherland, Trada came for the placement. All the students have a handsome salary. The roles of the student are technical assistance and developer. There is a placement wing for us.

Absolutely not so good and not so bad. Placements are not bad too.

Placements: The placements are good but not for every individual. 2017 placements are also not up to the mark, and every year placements numbers are becoming less. The civil branch placements are good in this college and 2016 batch every civil student got placements in some civil companies. Mechanical engineering students got placed in IT sector mostly.

My review on my college.

Placements: IT companies and BPOs came to the college. Numerous students get placed. Indian Navy visited the campus under University Entry Scheme but did not find any suitable candidate for 5 days of SSB at Visakhapatnam. The students are eager to get placed and end up getting selected into BPOs but do not join later on.

It is good and worthy for the money you spend.

Placements: We got few companies to our college for the placement. So, many people are selected for CTS. The placements for every batch are not same. It may differ. If we use the faculty, who are teaching properly, you can succeed in the interview. So, placements are not up to the mark every year.

The infra is really good, especially the library. But faculty and placements are not up to the mark

Placements: The placements are not up to the mark. Hardly three to four companies come to recruit the students- HCL, CTS, and CSS. In 2013, Atos India was also on the list but now Atos India is not coming. They provide personality development classes in the 2nd year, which will be useful for placements.

I am dissatisfied because of the faculty and the placements.

Placements: The placement percentage is less than 50%. 50% of my seniors got the placements. The highest salary package is 3.5 LPA, i.e., only from CTS, and remaining company packages is less than 3 LPA. CTS, Sify, and call centre companies visit the campus to hire the students. The role offered to the student is an assistant software developer in a team. Less than 50% of the students have got an internship, and no stipend has offered.

Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Viswa Mahavidyalaya is a prestigious university.

Placements: The placements for CSE and ECE branches were good. Many of the mechanical engineering students from our batch were placed. The packages offered were nominal and increased drastically every year. Off-campus placements were also fine. Some of the students went for higher studies and are prospering pretty well.

Good infrastructure, good grounds, not a good canteen, increasing placements.

Placements: The placements are average. There are 50% - 60% students placed in different companies. The number of students getting placed is increasing every year. The highest package is 6 lakhs per year, the average package is around 3-3.5 lakhs per year, and the lowest is 2.5 lakhs per year. The companies that visit are more than 25 in number every term. The college is most visited by Cognizant, Polaris, Whirlpool, Sify. The major recruiter is Cognizant.

Good faculty members and placements.

Placements: The placements are very good. Students with excellent skill sets are placed every year. Internships are offered by our college. I also did an internship. We get more than 10 companies. CTS is one of our core recruiters. There are people who were placed in the 3rd year itself. But at the end of the day, the skill set developed by students places them.

Sneak peek of alumni is worth.

Placements: As per my view, the IT company placements are good and it is not about their intake number but about the companies coming for the placement drive. CTS is the prominent recruiter, while Sutherland, TRADA CSE, etc also visited for placements. Talking about core company placements of mechanical considered for the past 4 years, it is zero.

The following are the good qualities of the college: 1. The infrastructure is good. 2. There are Electronics Books available in the library. One can find both local and national author’s books for every subject. 3. Only software companies like CTS, CSC, SIFY, Polaris etc. comes for an on-campus pool. Every year, 60-70% students get placed. The Average CTC students get is around Rs. 3.0- 3.5 LPA. 4. The faculty is not strict, they are friendly. Media core college. No donation required. Good Faculty members. And NYC atmosphere. Good place to stay and explore. Big library and lot more. Don't expect more about food. But college fee is more reasonable Media Core College. Over all a nice college.

A campus where values matter a lot, it gives priority to Indian Culture. Though it is a base of Hindu, still it is completely secular. Library is its best attraction. Placement wise, it has very limited companies but placement rate is high. Need to adjust with food (in that case, every college has the same problem). College life is incomplete without cultural and tech festivals. Every Dept. has its own Technical Symposium. Overall college cultural festival is there. Technical symposium includes ...

Truly a place for a Middle class brought ups to get their wish fulfilled. FC's are given first preferences. Courses are just okay however depends up on the student as well to get groomed or not. On Campus is just okay but the one who puts effort gets selected. Affordable, Safe, Reliable, Trust worthy.
