Strong placements and vibrant campus life with scope for curriculum update.

Faculty: Faculty members at SRM University are knowledgeable and approachable, often going beyond the syllabus to help students understand concepts better. Teaching quality is commendable, and I would rate it 4 out of 5. Course curriculum is designed to cover core topics but could include more industry-relevant advancements like blockchain and DevOps. Semester exams are relatively easy, with questions often repeated from previous papers, making it easier for students to prepare. Pass percentage is high d...

The Life at SRMIST, RMP Campus.

Faculty: The faculty is qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful to us, but some teachers are not good at sharing the knowledge they have. The course curriculum is relevant. The semester examinations are quite tough, but the college prepares the students to face them, and the pass percentage is above 85%.

It is a brief experience of my college life.

Faculty: Many staff working in SRM University are well-professional staff. They guide the students and help students during their academic. They treat a student like their own kids. They support them at any time and boost their self-confidence.

Good placements, teaching, and infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers are experienced and knowledgeable in subjects and syllabus. Teaching quality is above average, not perfect because some teachers don't know how to teach. Course curriculum is relevant and syllabus oriented. This college contains various streams.

College is okay but a great place to create memories and learn a lot in life.

Faculty: Partiality is based on each department. I am a CSE student, so it's fine, but other departments have their issues. Don't worry about exams; eventually, you will pass. Just focus on your health and placement. CSE teachers are okay, but whatever you do, have a good image.

It is a superb college where we can get placement easily.

Faculty: Teaching will be good, and faculty will help in every way to score good marks in exams. There are two class tests before every semester, which will convert into internal marks. In SRM, there are 60 internal marks, and we need to write a 75-mark university exam, which will be converted to the remaining 40 marks, where we can score good marks.

Not a bad college but a good college for confirmed placements.

Faculty: The exams are easy if you can study at least a day before the exam and write all the questions even if you do not know. The teachers are fairly knowledgeable, but they forget whatever advice you ask them, and some haven't even replied to me yet about the courses I should take.

Good campus to learn and placements except for the infrastructure part.

Faculty: Some faculty members are not so friendly or not good in teaching. Mostly, you should have to learn by yourself. The course and subjects are relevant to the industry that we study for. The exams are not so difficult; it is easy to score good marks if we focus a bit on our internals.

An average college and adjustable.

Faculty: Exams are medium. If you study well, you can score easily. The pass percentage for it is 50% above but maintaining it above 8.5 CGPA is the best. Also, internal marks are 60 and the semester exam is 40. If you score more than 50, you can score 20 or 10. You can easily pass the exam.

Good college if you use the given opportunities.

Faculty: Faculty members are good, but they can be improved. The curriculum for Information Technology or IT students is very hectic. Extra classes and extra hours while CSE students have fewer hours compared to IT students. IT students would be less stressed if they made the timetable a little shorter. (I am talking about 1st year, no idea how it will be in 2nd year and the years to come).

Advantage of SRM Ramapuram campus: information hub, both fun and educational-oriented.

Faculty: Here in SRM, we have our own syllabus, and that is according to the industry requirement. Every 4 to 5 years, we have a syllabus change, and in between, they use to customize the syllabus too. Passing in SRM is really very easy. Getting 8.5 is practically possible, but we have to study.
