Overall the college is average.

Placements: Placements are average. The highest package is around 15 LPA and average packages is around 5 to 6 LPA. Upto 80% students get placed. The lowest package is around 3 to 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Microsoft, Google, Amazon, tcs and Wipro. Internships are not good.

It is a below average college with below average infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Around 90% of the students were placed in this drive. But most of the companies were mass recruiters the highest salary package was around 34 LPA and the average salary package was 4.9 LPA. A top recruiter from srm is mostly mass recruitment companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. Fetching an internship from SRM can be described as a herculean task and it will depend on your calibre.

Review of SRM Ghaziabad.

Placements: The placements are good, but the packages offered are very low. Expect one or two, most of the companies are mass recruiters. The average salary offered is 3.5 LPA. Almost every company comes here, but most of them are mass recruiters. The main companies are TCS, Wipro etc.

Review of SRM IST, Delhi-NCR Campus.

Placements: Our college provides 99.9% placements in our course. Only a few are left without placements. An average salary package offered is 5 LPA. No internships are provided on our campus. Opt for the KTR campus. I regret not going there.

SRM Modi Nagar is a poor college with no placements and very bad environment.

Placements: The college and placements are not good. If you want to take admission here, please don't take. You can opt for any other college, but not SRM. Placements are too low. If you are from the core branch, then don't think of placements. They charge a high amount of fee and provide nothing. It's a waste of money unless you want a B.Tech degree for namesake.

I am dissatisfied with the location, infrastructure and environment.

Placements: Placements are pretty good but compare to last year it was less. Almost 80% of the students were placed from our college. Approximately 150 companies visited our campus. The major recruiters involve Infosys and TCS. If you are from computer science and ECE departments, then chances of being placed are high.

It is an average college. Try not to take admission in this college.

Placements: The college invites a good number of companies. The placement cell of the college is really strong. An important thing that I would like to share is placements completely depend on students. This college will provide you with a good opportunity for placements. You just need to perform well in academics and possess communication and management skills.

Average placements and weak infrastructure and unnecessary rules.

Placements: There was a time some 3-4 years back when the college was renowned for its placements. But somehow, over the years, the placements started deteriorating and till it came our batch's turn, the placement scenario went quite topsy-turvy. Placements have been very low this year. Many of my fellow batch mates have been looking for off-campus placements even till now I. e even after one year of the placements started. Companies did visit but they had very high selection criteria which left many of the...

Absolutely dissatisfied with everything in the college.

Placements: The packages offered vary from Rs. 2 Lacs per annum to 8 Lacs per annum, and the highest being Rs. 15 Lacs per annum. Around, 70 to 80% of the students get placed every year. The main companies that visit the college are Infosys, TCS, Intel, Google and many others. L&T visits the college to recruit mechanical students.

Completely dissatisfied with this college because of placements and teaching.

Placements: There are no placements in our college. The placement cell is not able to bring companies to our college. We have to go to our main campus for placements as there are no placements on our campus. It is the worst situation for automobile and mechanical students. Most of the companies don't prefer to come to our campus.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placements.

Placements: Only one student among the batch of 40 students was placed. No proper placements for automobile and mechanical department. Very less companies visited for these two steams and for placements you have to go to Chennai and there also you don't get placed. Yes there is placement cell and its not useful at all, placement coordinated is not able to bring companies to college.

USELESS FACULTY. Good placement record, Wi-Fi facility is poor, college is ran by proper goons.

Placements: SRM claims that student will get 100 percent placement if they pursue their B.Tech from the Institute. I personally got my admission in SRM because they have good in-campus placement record. Most of the students do pursue B.Tech feom SRM beacuse of the same reason. Majority of the students are placed in mass recruitments, Very less gets in the core one. Students in MODINAGAR campus are least updated about how to skill yourself in order to perform well in placement drive. Chennai campus placement...

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty and placement.

Placements: Well, to be honest, only aim for the S.R.M. main campus. The S.R.M N.C.R campus is an average college with most placements in either mass recruiters or in CS firms. N.C.R students are sent to the main branch which is the Chennai campus for the placements. Hostels are given to the students for staying. If you don't do go for placements, companies come on the Modinagar branch like Genpact with the B.P.O profile. This year, placements are very poor. They claim a student placed by placing then in B....

Placements: Placements are good but over the last few years its going a bit down. Average salary offered is 15k to 20k. Companies like Tata consultancy services, Wipro, Cognizant, Larson and turbo, Genpact, amazon, hindustan computers limited, Accenture and many more.

SRM College takes lots of fees, and provides nothing to students.

Placements: The college has a very good placement record. 400-500 companies visited every year in Chennai campus. It is up to you, how you perform there. Mainly, software and startup companies visit the college. So, if you are not from computer science department, you have to study the programming languages on your own.

The honest review of SRM University, Modi Nagar.

Placements: The placements are good for CSE and IT, but for the mechanical, automobile, and civil there are no placements. They don't even send the students earlier for the placements. They treat students like an animal during the placement. They don't provide the proper accommodation for the students. Only CSE students can get the placements.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placements.

Placements: The college does not provide any placement. They send 4th-year students to SRM, Chennai campus where all the students live in a hall where no beds and no security is provided. No companies come for placements to recruit the students of the mechanical department. Just forget about the placements in SRM University, Modinagar campus in the mechanical department. But for the students of CSE department, the placements are nice.

The best place to waste your money.

Placements: Currently, the placements are very poor in this college. The syllabus is very outdated and faculty isn't qualified. They are making false excuses that the placements are low due to the recession. The chancellor of the college got involved in the multi-crore scam. After taking admission in this college, you will regret your decision every day.

Review of an honest student who didn't have a good college life.

Placements: We had to go to Chennai for the placements. The accommodation was terrible. The companies hiring students in bulk were given more preference. The students who were placed haven't got their joining letters till date. It's been more than 3 months that the college has got over.

Anybody can get a degree in India because why not!

Placements: The placements were good and most of the people who had some technical exposure were placed. But the packages were very petty- mostly 3 lpa with bonds or without. The highest salary offered was 7.5 lpa. The mass recruiters were horrible because they took up a lot of students but haven’t called them. It’s been more than a year now and the university is doing nothing about it. One of my friends got the highest salary package (7.5 lpa). He hasn’t been contacted since last December by the company or...
