The infrastructure and studies are good here. The placements are okay.

Placements: As far as ECE is concerned, the placements are not very good till now. They are not getting ECE core companies, but students who got placed till date are either in CSE core or sales and marketing. Also, the placement is performance-based, if you don't perform well during the internship, you will not be placed. It's more of an internship, but not placement. But, they will show you placed in their records. The placement from 2013-17 was 98% as shown in placement records. We do have a placement cel...

Satisfied with the college.

Placements: The placement is fairly good in this college. They offer the minimum package of 3-3.5 Lacs. The placement cell always tries to bring in new companies, and the rate is increasing year by year. More new core companies are coming for the recruitment. The highest package goes up to 9-15 Lacs per annum. And, the university is increasing day by day.

The Northcap University is a worth it college.as it's now a deemed university and NAAC credited.

Placements: The average package is around 5 LPA. Really good companies visit here, and the placements were around 92% last year. The core companies like Deloitte, EY, Fidelity, Gemini solutions, etc. are the regular recruiters. This year, Deloitte took almost 30 students with an average package of 7 LPA. The placements are still in progress. The highest package for this year till now is 9 LPa offered by Think and learn. SPA (placement cell)is working very hard in bringing more and more companies to our coll...

Absolutely satisfied because it provides good placements good communication skills and bright future

Placements: I had chosen this college specifically for the placements perspective, and I must say my decision was right because even the name of this college changed to THE NORTHCAP UNIVERSITY. Still, it is good in placements for B.Tech CSE stream as earlier its name was ITM GURGAON, so as per my view it is the best one in Delhi NCR Region as it takes responsibility of every individual to get placed. My whole batch got placed as I was in Computer Science and my senior batch too. About 98 percent of students...

The college is good in placements procedures.

Placements: The placements are good. I got placed, and now I am working in a good company. At least the college is capable of giving us placements. The placement cell head has very good links. A lot of companies visit the campus and hire the students from there. I was lucky to be there.

Satisfied with the faculty, good placement. Campus is not much big.

Placements: Placement totally depends on us, and how we are studying. If you are studying well, then you will definitely get placement from the college. In NorthCap University, placement record is 100%. And this college always gives its 100% to get you placed. So, don't worry about the placement from this college.

It is formerly known as ITM University, Gurgaon.

Placements: The overall placement remains good as there are many other recruiters for other branches, but it is true that placement has decreased to a certain extent. But the college authorities are taking certain steps to improve it and making connections with the companies. The placement remains low as many of the students choose to go for further studies like MBA and M.Tech. Even, some of them choose to go for foreign studies, and some get placement in off-campus drives.

A review on the college and placements of 2015-2017.

Placements: The placements are really good, many companies came like Deloitte, etc. They came and picked around 24 students which is a very big number. Also, many more renowned companies come, and B.Tech placements are really good. All other courses also have good placements.

Ideal destination for those students seeking excellent academia and world-class teaching facility

Placements: The placement cell of our college left no stone unturned to invite the most reputed firms from all across India including MNCs as well. A majority of students, i.e. 90% of them got placed with roles such as developers, analysts, testers, etc. Students were usually encouraged to secure internships themselves, however, the final-year students' placements were organised by the university. The packages were offered from a range of 3-6 lakhs per annum.

Placements: The placements were moderate. Around 80-90% of the students were placed. The highest salary offered to the students was Rs. 6.25 lakhs per annum and the lowest was Rs. 2.5 lakhs per annum, while the average was Rs. 3.5 lakhs per annum. Companies which visited the campus were Incedo Inc., TCS, Deloitte, Nagarro, Libsys Ltd., Gemini Solutions, Fidelity, Aricent etc. Also the roles of the analyst, developer, consultant were offered to the students. A decent university to gain knowledge.

Placements: The university is having a separate branch, i.e. School of Professional Attachment (in short "SPA") to take care of placements but had failed to attract big law firms to visit the campus and hire students. Apart from SPA, the school of law is also having student-driven placement committee, dedicated inviting various firms. In the last year, placement committee managed to secure few placements in mediocre firms at average packages. So, according to me, one cannot expect placements in big firms fr...

A second year's guide to the NCU.

Placements: The placement is pretty average, though not the best but surely not the worst. Though we don't have mass recruiters like the Infosys, TCS coming along with every year, this year we had placements in Deloitte with about 40-50 students getting in, with a package of at least Rs. 4 Lakhs. We had several students changing fields into consultancy or something which is a bit unique at the college level.

The best university in discipline. Provides all facilities. Every equipment is provided.

Placements: In last few years, the placement went up to 98%. It means that in total, there is a scope for every student to get placed. The highest package in my knowledge is 11 LPA. Companies like Deloitte, TCS, etc. recruit the students. Also, the college organizes the fest Momentum every year to enhance the students' skill other than from just academics.

Worst experience of my B.Tech. This college is not worthy. The placements are very less.

Placements: The placements in our college are decent. In the recent years, the percentage of the placements has been decreased. Moreover, the companies come to our college are at the high packages, but later they say that the students are undergraduate, so the package is decreased to half of its original package offered.

Amazing learning experience.

Placements: The placements are good. Many big companies such as Deloitte and EY come for the placements. Also, the tech giants like TCS does mass recruitments. All in all, the university is the best place for a good learning and the knowledge. Apart from these companies, the other organizations that also come to recruit the students are a part of the fortune 500.

The college has a good Infrastructure.

Placements: From the last five years, the placement percentage for B.Tech is above 90%. In my batch, the percentage for the placement is 90% which is still in process. The companies like Deloitte, Fidelity, Gemini Solutions, TCS, Nagarro, Newgen, City Innovates, JustDial, British Telecom, Orange, Siemens, Airtel, Maruti, Ericsson, CB&I, Reliance, etc. visit the campus for placements. The highest package is 6.2 LPA which is offered by Deloitte. The average package is around 3-3.3 LPA.

Placements: There was 100% placement. Companies like Deloitte, Ernst and Young, Tata Consultancy Services, Protiviti and Orange come for placements. The highest package was Rs.6 lacs per annum and the average is Rs.3.5 lacs per annum. But there was no company for core branches. A majority of people were placed in IT companies.

My journey at The NorthCap University

Placements: I got a campus placement for the post of digital marketing analyst with City Innovates because of prior experience and the knowledge in the same domain. The offered CTC was 4.0 LPA and we were offered the internship in the 8th semester with a stipend of 8 thousand per month. Students were offered different roles and mass recruitment was done by TCS.

Super awesome college in Delhi NCR area.

Placements: The placements are very, very good at The NorthCap Univeristy (formerly ITM). In my batch, around 30 students out of 35 are well placed in reputed corporates. The highest salary package offered was 7.2 lacs per annum and the minimum is 4.5 lacs. There are a number of placement drives for MBA students including Stratbeans, Protiviti, Gartner, HT Media, Coral Research Serices and many more.
