ITM - you might have not heard the name.

Placements: Placements were okay and not everyone could get placed. Around 85-90% students got placed through campus drives. Engineering profiles were offered. TCS, Samsung, Deloitte etc. came for recruitment. No summer internships were offered from the campus and we had to try for off-campus internships.

Not satisfied with the placements of this college.

Placements: Placements at NorthCap University are not that satisfactory, the although highest package for our senior batch went up to 12 lakhs (offered by Deloitte). Other than this, companies like Orange, TCS came for final placements and offered 3 to 4 lakhs. Around 30% of students were placed in my senior batch, which is not a good number I suppose. They don't provide any opportunity for you to do internship but internship is compulsory.

Perfect place to complete your graduation from.

Placements: Placement opportunities are pretty good but not a lot. We have been given instructions on how to grab the opportunity for placements from off-campus as well. Off-campus placements are better than on-campus placements. The alumni of this respected college are working with great MNCs and doing well in their careers.

The best college in its surrounding with the best atmosphere, infrastructure and education.

Placements: Placements in this college are above average. The average package is 3.6 lacs. But in the case of mechanical and civil, the number of core placements is almost negligible. So if you are looking for good placements in this fields, you have to either change your college or go for an off-campus placement drive.

Really good course curriculum and faculty.

Placements: Companies like Deloitte and Capgemini come to the campus for the placement, the placement record is 100% for the computer science students and more than satisfactory for other branches as well. The average salary is around 6 lakh per annum. As for the internship, you are required to do internships in the 2nd and 3rd year. The college holds interviews on the campus for the internship as well. The college has a special placement cell for preparing the students for placement. Pre-assessment tests...

100% placements in the year 2015-2016. Everyone should give a thought to it.

Placements: The placement scenario is very good. Very good companies come to the campus for the recruitment process. Companies like Deloitte, Orange, TCS, Maruti, Airtel, etc. come to the campus to recruit the 4th year students. It is the best college in the Delhi NCR in terms of placement. These companies offer the students the packages of around 4-6 lac per annum, which is a very good initial package for a B.Tech student.

Good placements in 2015 and 2016.

Placements: Placements are good. Many big companies like Google, Facebook, Airtel and Olacabs approach students and offer them the employment. They offer good packages to capable students. Maruti also offers internships for the mechanical batch. Companies like TCS do the mass recruitment here.

NorthCap University is one the reputed colleges in Gurgaon. A great place to start your future.

Placements: Placements are not as great as they were earlier. A maximum of 6.25 LPA is offered and an average of about 2-3 lakhs. Last year, only 60% of the students were placed. But they are working on it and trying to get the best what the placement cell can do. Deloitte is the first and the main company of the university.

A golden opportunity to study in a world class institute.

Placements: The college provides placements in major IT giants like Infosys, TCS, and Wipro. Placement opportunities are best in CS branch, followed by IT and ECE. The scope of placement in civil and mechanical are very limited. The average package offered is 3.5 lakh pa. 75% students get placed in CSE, IT and ECE. The internship is awarded only to a limited number of students on the basis of interview and academic performance.

NCU review by Pulkit Bansal (4th year cse btech).

Placements: Placements are good for CS and IT branch. 80% students get the job. The average package is around 4 lpa. Some of the big companies that come to our college are Deloitte, EY, Newgen. Don't focus on getting good CGPA. I don't have any idea about other streams. Mostly startups come in our college for placements.

Do not join Northcap University. This is my biggest mistake of my life.

Placements: Placements: Placements are not good. SPA which is the placement cell of the institute is just the right hurdle for the students to get placed. The students get placed using family contacts which the college takes credit of. For mechanical engineering, core companies are rare in this campus, and even if they visit, they only take a few students. The real problem lies with the management . This institute does not have a vice chancellor for the last 9-10 months. The same army man who was a registr...

A college where you can study and enjoy with friends, with a good education.

Placements: The placements of our college are nice as it is situated near the IT sector. The highest placement is mostly taken by Deloitte which offers the highest package of around 10 lakhs. The lowest is offered by TCS which takes in bulk at around 120 - 150 students. The other big companies which also visit are Jabong, Samsung and much more. The internship is nice as we get help from our college placement department a lot i.e. SPA. We get placed during the internship in Deloitte, TCS, Power Grid, Infolon...

The testimony of truth about my college.

Placements: The placements at NCU (formerly called the ITM university) were moderate during my time. For the CSE and IT branches, many good companies came to the campus like Fidelity, Newgenn, Nagarro etc and there were almost 100% placements. But for the ECE and EEE branches, there weren't many companies.

When I graduated from ITM (older name) it was one of the best colleges in Haryana after NIT, Kurushetra. NCU really helped me a lot, not only in learning and exploring my course but in making myself a better person as well. It has one of the best infrastructures, but the only problem is the size of the campus as it resides in middle of the city. Coming to my placement, the college provides immense number of opportunities. There were around 30 CSE companies which visited at my time. I was few of ...

The university also gives the opportunity to the students to showcase their hidden talents through fests and also encourages sports alongside education. We have a good faculty but the college fees is high and the placements are average.

Faculty and infrastructure is good. But the allocation of faculty for different subjects is not up to the mark. Teacher with a specialization in different subject teaches another subject. ROI is low. Only one mass recruiter-TCS comes to the campus. One cannot appear for companies if one is selected in another company. Hostels are good but there is only one boy’s hostel. The administration is very responsive, though a little restricting sometimes. Discipline maintained is exceptionally good.
