University of Jammu Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: There were no placements in Directorate of Distance Education, University of Jammu for our course, M.Com, as it was a correspondence course. There were no internships provided in distance education. But if you do regular M.Com from University of Jammu, you will get placements and internship industry exposure.

Placements: All the students who wanted to get placed were placed. The business school has signed a MoU with HDFC Bank and remaining students were placed there. Companies like ITC, Airtel, Vodafone and Coca-Cola visited the campus. Other companies like Aerial Telecom and MV Consultancy visited to recruit for the summer internship and jobs. Alumni of the school have always been supportive and helped the school grow by interacting with students.

Placements: Only the deserved folks get the placement, if you are an average or just above average technically(not in scores), it is hard for you, otherwise no issues. During my time, around 30 to 40 students got placed. If you are a techie, it is a place for you where you can easily get placed, but you need to try for off-campus too.

Placements: MIET is only the second private engineering institute in the city of Jammu, as a result, not many companies prefer to recruit students from the city. Having said that, MIET has a collaboration with IBM and many private companies recruit the students like L&T, Tech Aspect, Samsung etc, though the ratio is very small.

Placements: There are not many companies visiting here but it is one of the best colleges in Jammu with regards to the placements. The maximum students of my senior batch are placed in HCL and other companies with an average package of above 3 lakhs. Also, in my batch, 2 students are placed in HP and 3 are placed in TechAspect with a package of 4.2 lakhs and 4.9 lakhs respectively. KC Law College provides 3 years course of law after graduation. The college organises various activities like National level Client counselling and moot courts. The teachers are very helpful. Apart from the competitions, the college conducts visits as well like jail visit court visits, etc. The college organises Delhi visit too where they take students to the Parliament, Rashtrapati Bhawan and Supreme Court. Placements: I am currently pursuing B.Teach in computer Science. This is my first semester. Mid sessional are going to start from 11th of november 2024. Last year the highest package was 15LPA which is the highest in the history of miet college. Average package was 3-4 LPA. Top recruiters are Infosys, Google etc.

Placements: More than 125 companies participated in last year. In last year more than 400 students participated for training and placement cell and more than 300 students get placed in good company with good package. College also provide internship programme for students.

Placements: We are now in 2nd semester so our college can not give us the package but the highest placement from our college is 10 lakhs, and the average package is 4 lakhs. There are several companies visiting in our college like Infosys, etc. which helps students in placements.

Placements: The placement of MIET is overall great in Jammu. The MIET placement cell helps individuals or students grow their personalities for placement and improve their skills for achieving the goal. MIET has 15 lacs as the highest package for placement and the lowest is 2.5 lacs.

Placements: Around 90% students were placed in our course . The highest, lowest and the average packages offered in our course were 6lakh, 3 lakh, 4.5lakh respectively. The top recruiting companies for our course were ITC Ltd., Reliance Industries Ltd., ICICI prudential, Airtel, etc Around 90% students got internship from our course and the roles offered to them were related to marketing, finance, HR and sales.

Placements: The total average students which were get placed are less than 40% and highest package that is to be paid is 6.5 lpa and lowest is 3 lpa. The top recruiters are the ITC ICICI Aditya Birla. The role offered are relationship managers, sales manager, etc

Placements: • The of students were placed in my college maybe around 30% • highest around 7-8 lakhs per annum and lower 4-5 lakhs around and average should be 2-2.5lakh • MNC's • around 30% of students got internship from my course • bank manag , accountant , enterprenurship

Placements: Around 40% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 6 LPA - 7 LPA. About 50% of students got internships from this course in Unacadmy.

Placements: High level students are studying in this university. You have to give an entrance for admission. You need more than 60% eligible for admission. Newly students are also got a lot of scholarship. Main course of this institute is B.A. LL.B. Only 60% need for internship.

Placements: Around 30% of students got placement opportunities. The highest salary package offered was about 59 LPA, the lowest was 8 LPA, and the average was 25 LPA. Wipro and HCL were the top recruiting companies. This course was just for studying.

Placements: The placement drive was disrupted by covid but companies like Infosys, participated in recruitment. The average package would be around 3.5 to 4 LPA. Although the students have done well in government examinations with a lot of them getting M.Tech in IITS clearing state engineering services, etc.

Placements: There are no placements in this college. The students have to earn their jobs all by themselves. There are no seminars, which is important for any law student to get exposure. Even to get internships, one has to work all by themselves.

Placements: Good study Doesn't depend on college placement. You get a placement of only 2–2.5 LKHS, so you have to find your own opportunities. Don't depend on college placement. Focus on your studies and do well so you can get placement off-campus in big companies.
