Placements: There are very less placements in our college. Some below standard companies visit here every year to hire a few students. From the last year, there has been an improvement in placements as some good companies are visiting for placement drives. But not more than 2% to 3% of the students are offered jobs during these drives.
Placements: In our college, not more than 2% of students placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 1.2 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA. Students were placed only from Information Technology and Computer Science department. There was a summer training of 45 days in our college premises only with the staff of the All Soft Solutions company.
Placements: Only a handful of companies visited the campus for placements, and that too majorly for CS graduates only. During our time, there was an off-campus placement drive where 3 companies visited the campus on different occasions. There were no placements for mechanical and civil department students. Only 4-5 people got placed during our time. However, it's improving year by year.
Placements: Placements are provided at a very good pace, but I find the job profiles not matching the MBA degree. Placements are provided based on graduation. I came to know that every student leaves the job after working for 3-4 months. So overall, I would like to say that placements are not worthy.
Placements: Our seniors were deprived of placements, and also we are facing the same. There are no chances of getting placed. Only 2-3 students got placed and that too from the computer science department. The average salary package offered to them was 3 LPA. There is no placement cell in the college. My experience with internships is completely pathetic. Our HOD was so stubborn and rude that she didn't let us do internships from the department we wanted, neither there were college-sponsored internship prog...
Placements: The placements in the college are very poor. Hardly any or I say, no company visits the college for placements. Every student gets jobs in off-campus placements. The college just provides the degree. The college management is corrupted, and no one takes the responsibility of placements.
Placements: Acordingly as every institute our college too have a placement cell. But the placements from the college I don't have seen and not even heard from the seniors. I have heard from the seniors that there is no placements from the college. But slme students got placed k don't know how I think off campus in companies like tata motors, infoys. Etc. But the salary index is very low average 15000. As I haven't yet any internship from the college so I can say about it.
Placements: Placements are almost next to None. Only Around 10% of students were placed. 1 lack p. a to 2.5 lack p. a. Only 3-4 selected companies visited like IBM. No internship. None at all. In placements, students were mainly offered very junior roles in their respective companies.
Placements: Negligible placements were present. Some people of our batch went to Amritsar for placement in Boo sector. The graduates usually opt preparing for government exams (bank) as there are no options left. There is no effort to call companies for placements.
Placements: Since last 10 years, placement has been decreased at a very rapid rate as told us by our seniors. From the previous batch also only 2 students got placed and that they had go to Chandigarh for interview. No campus placement. Hardly any company visits. Almost it is equal to nill.
Placements: Placement level is wonderful for CSE students but for rest of the branches there is not that much placement. Most of the time only TCS, L&T Infotech comes and they take the pupils of only CSE, E&C. Rest of the pupils have to go as an unemploeyed from the college. One must not do engineering from this college as placement level is very less. Now exam has become very easy specially for SC, ST students even if these candidates have -ve marks in the entrance test, they will get GCET JAMMU, rest of t...
Placements: Good placements are offered in this college. Infineon, Amazon, Techaspect, etc., visited the college. Only 10% of the students got placed because CS students and IT students didn't learn the practical use of their subjects, interview skills and had lack of confidence because the college staff is always busy with students having all talents in spite of those who need good skills.
Placements: Getting a placement depends on you. Only if you perform very good, then you can be placed. If you don't represent your self, then there are no chances of getting placed. It is my suggestion, and the choice is yours. During your course, you have to work hard, and you have to prove that you are a good person and can do much better in the field work.
Placements: At first there were no placements in this college but later on there was scheme started in Jammu & Kashmir names UDAAN under which companies provide training to students for 3 to 6 months after they absorb them in their companies in lieu of money they get from Government of India under this scheme. Hence after this scheme launched still only one company came in our college, which otherwise a consultancy company rather than engineering company. I am 100 percent sure this college is blacklisted by...
Placements: The college is weak in placements and shows no interest towards placements. Some army, navy drives are often seen in the college. Placements need morals, which are absent. There is a lack of professionalism in the students. In summary, even a single student does not get placed in campus placements.
Biggest mistake of my life. There is nothing good about this college at all. It’s like a jail. It has got no technical staff, no laboratories, and no practical work at all. The faculty, placements and the campus facilities, all need improvement. I will never recommend this college to anyone.
When you first enter the college, you think there'll be a free atmosphere and positive vibes. I had a lot of expectations from the college. I had heard many good things about this college from my family friends. But what I experienced was totally different. Most of the faculty is not concerned about the student getting quality education. The major thing is the attendance only. Even there is no facility for sports. Only thing which one can find in the sports room is the broken stuff. But there ar...
Pathetic college with annoying administration more like a school rather than college no practical knowledge pupil have. All people cram up what they study and vomit during exam.
