Our university has a good environment with excellent teaching.
Placements: Because we were the second batch for the honours degree program, there was no placement cell at the time. Although we got internships in various NGOs such as Chetna.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were huge and equipped with good illumination and ventilation. We had a very resourceful library for the students. There were hostel facilities with good beds, a good environment, and good food.
Faculty: Faculty members were great. The lectures were delivered regularly, and the curriculum adhered to master's courses and examinations like GATE and NET. Semester exams are not very difficult if you have a good grasp of concepts. The field exposure was good with the best guidance.
Other: The university provided a serene environment for students to study and interact.

It has a good infrastructure and well-educated professors with humble behavior.
Placements: In our batch, there are 30 students. Each week they provide an opportunity to have an internship, and the interested one applies for it as per their need. Many internships have been provided as a helper of a psychologist and psychiatrist where we have to work and learn with them.
Infrastructure: All the classrooms are well-cleaned. It has a proper infrastructure. Labs and libraries are well-maintained. Each department has its own library, but there is a common library in the university known as Tagore Library. If you visit Lucknow University, then do visit the Tagore Library too, and I am sure you will love it.
Faculty: All the teachers in our college are very helpful, humble, well qualified and knowledgeable. They teach well. Their teaching style is good and centered on students where we get to learn with examples. We usually have fun with learning. The course curriculum is relevant, and it goes on with every subject, and it also helps you in your daily life. Professors are good and focused, and in universities, people say that professors are rude and arrogant, but I have not found this in our department. They all are so kind and good with all the students.
Other: I have chosen this course because I got connected with my counselor during my school days, where I have decided to choose this subject to learn. This subject helps you in your daily life and makes you understand others and society. It' i fun to learn this course. Many events and fest are organised here. Here people come from all around the world. Foreigners also come here to get educated from the university because of its reputation.

Satisfactory faculty, placement nill in UG courses and infrastructure average.
Placements: Lucknow university although has a separate placement cell but the course psychology hons and other arts UG courses in the old campus of university are just theoretical ones focusing on classroom learning so placement is a far long thin. Even internships were not promoted and consulted about by the faculty. Placement of students was on their own caliber.
Infrastructure: The university is very beautiful and serene in its own. There are different departments and are all of different infrastructure. Some are old and gloomy like the psychology department and others are new and well equipped classes with technology support and other facilities. Labs and library is good and the hostels are fine to stay the food is often questionable.
Faculty: The teachers and faculty are all qualified and dedicated people. Although the curriculum in comparison to universities like DU is weaker but is surely relevant. The semester exams which now are MCQ based are easy and you can easily score good with minimal effort.
Other: My batch was 2018-2021 B.A. hons psychology and the course was fine and teachers put quite emphasis as it was an honors course. The course offers good knowledge of psychology and research. The best thing about the course would be the research project for which we were forced to put our efforts. The teaching was below average some professors were good and came to impart knowledge others were more into useless tasks of the department which were as seemingly more important than our classes. The students of the batch were good and understanding and it was a learning experience for each of us from one another. The things that could be improved are better opportunities for internships, workshops, better teaching and taking responsibility if not being that efficient in running the department and not blaming on students. A more professional atmosphere would've been appreciated.

Good placements, infrastructure, and faculty.
Placements: Almost 50% of the students got hired in good firms, and the others started their own clinics. Almost all the students of my batch are well- aware and intelligent. They know how to tackle people and are also good at studies. The presentations we gave were always liked by the teachers, and placements are also good for us.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities available like a library, biopathology lab, seminar hall, conference room, labs, etc. All facilities provided to us are for our overall development and a good aid for our studies. We also have practical labs for conducting practicals with the latest apparatus. Not only this, but we also have many other facilities like fans, lights, and AC to keep the environment stable for us.
Faculty: All the teachers are always keen to help us anytime. Whether it is day, afternoon or night, they always listen to our problems and help us. They even arrange for extra classes, in case any concept was not clear to us. Our HOD is the best, she always holds the department firmly and maintains a proper discipline.
Other: Mini fests, seminars, and presentations are conducted.

Other: State universities in U.P are in pathetic situation. Lucknow university is one such example I joined this university with great expectations but was severely disappointed...All attendance is not compulsory if you want to sleep at home and get a degree this is the place. No personality development. Worst place to study stay away only BA.LLB and MBA are decent.
