Great Facilities, Faculty, and placements, but food and administration are not great.

Placements: 85% of students get placed in various MNCs (Both Core and IT). The highest Package was 12.5 LPA, Average was 8 LPA, and the lowest was 5.5 LPA. Systra, WSP, Atkins, and ICICI are top recruiters. 48% get internships in MNCs such as WSP, Systra, and DHI and the remaining got into research institutes such as CWRDM, Kozhikode, CWPRS Pune, RRSC Bangalore and IIT Madras. Most people were offered the roles of Hydraulic Modeller and Hydrological Modeller.

Awesome college for Bachelor of engineering. Campus life is good for students.

Placements: About 95% were placed last year and this course has 2 batches, one is CSE and CSE-information Science and average CTC is 17lpa. Other then course, internship is allowed in summer after 2nd sem and very few are allowed to go do internship here in department.

I collect best experience from this college.

Placements: Our institute receives high value salaries every year and among them the M.Tech programme plays an important part. For my batch the highest offered package was INR 40LPA with companies like Wipro, IBM, Tata Group, Axis Bank and Federal bank being highly famous recurters of the placements drive. I was fortunate enough to get a highly productive job package from NIT which I am really enjoying being a part of.

One of the best engineering colleges in India as per placement Statistics.

Placements: Almost all top companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Morgan Stanley, Tower Research, Adobe, Uber and many others visit our college for placements. Students also get placed in various non-tech companies like EXL, Axtria, ZS Associates, Brain and Company, BCG etc. To name a few Internships are available only through contacts in our college, but you can apply for a non-tech internship through campus.

NITK - one of the best NIT to study in.

Placements: Almost 40-50% of students were placed. The highest package was of 12 LPA by a semiconductor company for electrical related profiles whereas the lowest was 3.5 by a software company. Mercedez Benz, Bosch, and Moog India were often companies for placements. Roles offered were of 'Post Graduate Trainee' and 'Engineer-I'. Almost 30-40% of students were offered internships in various good MNCs.

It has good infrastructure, faculty members, average placements. Overall, the best place to study.

Placements: Almost 6 out of 14 students were placed in manufacturing engineering. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 4.2 LPA. Around 40% of the students got placements. The manufacturing course plan is very bad. I am not satisfied with it. There is not a single subject which can help you in industries. So, companies do not opt from manufacturing branch during placement. Internships are fine, and 5 students got an internship in our class.

National institute of technology, surathkal ( pros& cons).

Placements: Placements was not there for M.Tech students. This is very sad. We students work hard for GATE exam and qualify it then take admission only on the name of college but what we get in reverse. Zero placements. Placements are good for B.Tech but for m. tecg it is horrible.

Good placement, infrastructure is improving , need improvement in food, some faculties are good.

Placements: Placement is good. If you have good talent nothing can stop you. Average is 10lpa. Most of the students get placed. For my batch it went really fine. The lowest was 4lpa and the highest 24lpa. I have not included the one from offcampus. Super dream companies also come at end. Different possible roles student get are technical staff, analysis, research side, management, software engineer etc. Even for internship companies come n it all depends on student. If they r very much talented they take it...

Good campus for education, as well as you will have a college life with beach aside.

Placements: The placements for CSE, ECE, IT and EEE are very good compared to civil and mechanical in case of both B.Tech and M.Tech. The salary package reaches the maximum for CSE and IT, which is 20 LPA and 18 LPA. It may be even more than that. The remaining package is not that good, but you can expect very big companies.

The placement in this college is good. This is the only college in India having a private beach. The cool weather over the whole year due to the beach makes one’s life peaceful. The campus facilities and mess food are not so good. The average package for companies would be around rupees 7 lakhs per annum.
