    Review of my favorite college.
Placements: The institution guarantees job placement but instead offers opportunities across various companies. They conduct placement-oriented lectures where faculty and alumni share insight and discuss industry requirements. About 30% to 40% of students secure internships, often with well-known banks, earning a stipend of Rs.10,000. The faculty members are supportive and offer guidance on job applications. Additionally, many students find employment as research associates in different research firms.
Infrastructure: The college provides amenities such as Wi-Fi, well-equipped laboratories, and an extensive library. The restroom facilities are maintained to a high standard, and the campus grounds are spacious. The canteen offers high-quality food and there are medical services accessible on campus as well.
Faculty: The college faculty members are both supportive and highly qualified, with expertise in their respective fields. They instruct graduate-level courses possessing deep knowledge in their subjects. The teaching standards are exceptional, ensuring that students receive a top-notch education. It is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen industries upon graduation.

    The Educational Backbone.
Placements: The B.Ed degree is required to teach in a school. It is also required to take the teaching entrance exam. So, it is necessary to complete the B.Ed degree. The college provides training for teachers, which is the top role for a good student teacher.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at this college is average, but it has lots of funds that it can't use because of the small land area. The college is over 1000 years old, and it seems that there was no proper planning when it was built. However, it is the best college in Odisha for a B.Ed course. The classrooms are not sufficient for the number of students enrolled, but the canteen and mess are clean and hygienic. There is no space for daily sports, but they do happen occasionally.
Faculty: The teachers were excellent. Most of them have their Ph.D.s and are highly qualified and helpful. They were like family to me. The exams were not very difficult, but the entrance exam was highly competitive. The internship program made us industry ready.
Other: I want to become a teacher to become a school teacher B.Ed. degree is mandatory. Infrastructure can be better. Events are so frequently happening.
