Dissatisfied because of management and infrastructure but has good placements in 2022.

Placements: Around 50% of students got placed in various companies, mostly IT companies. I myself was placed in Infosys. Deloitte, Infosys, and Capgemini were among the top recruiting companies. Top roles offered were system associate, data analyst, etc. Packages offered mostly were around 2.3 LPA.

Infrastructure: There was no Wi-Fi service available in our college. There was nothing in the name of infrastructure. There was just one building that too was in place. There was no playground or anything. This college was situated in a very small area. A simple canteen was there which was not spacious. There were no provisions for games or anything. Hostel were horrible literally horrible. I am talking about girls hostel we had to clean our rooms every day.

Faculty: Some of the teachers were so good. They were so knowledgeable and very understanding. They were ready to listen to our problems and sliced them. But some teachers were not at all good. We never were able to understand what they were teaching. The course curriculum was not very relevant to biotechnology field. They mostly prepared us for IT companies.

Other: I chose this course as it was developing at that time. As of now, it is one of the most important sectors to be prepared especially after Corona pandemic. Fests were arranged in alternative years. We had a lot of fun there. We performed and enjoyed a lot.

Semester exams are not very difficult; pass percentage is 95 percent in our college. Yes, the students are very excellent in our college.

Other: I see my future in this course because I want to be a lecturer in physics. This course shows the reality of nature in scientific mode. Scholarships are given annually by the government. The campus surrounding it is very good. Extracurricular activities are playing cricket and football on the playground.

Placements: There were no placement opportunities or internship offers from the college itself or from any other institutions. If any student wants to participate in any type of industrial training or internship, then he/she has to apply by himself or herself.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was good but the infrastructure of the hostel was not that good and was below average. The college buildings were new and well structured, while the hostel buildings were rather old and the build quality was not satisfying at all for me.

Faculty: Faculty members were very good and very generous. The exams were well balanced and good for the students. All the teachers were very interactive and well-behaved, especially our HOD, sir, who was a great person and also a very great mentor for all of our batchmates.

I think I have wasted my money.

Placements: Actually, I had never heard about any placement in our department of Botany, and lecturers had never told us about that. It means not a single student got any placement. The course is good, our batch has a few students with a mature mindset, and the maximum of them are immature.

Infrastructure: Yes, there are labs, but the condition of the labs is not good. They have fewer equipments and the lab is messy. The windows of the labs are broken and very dirty. The condition of classrooms is not that bad, but I will say it's okay. I had never stayed in the hostel of the college and eaten the food, but I visited once, so I can say about it. The condition of the hostel is bad, the environment is also bad, the food quality is below average, and the same with the sports and games.

Faculty: The passing percentage for the semester is around 40%. Yes, some teachers are helpful and some are not helpful. They don't have excellent knowledge about the subjects. Yes, the course is good and relevant and has the potential to make students industry-ready. Semesters are not very difficult; if students learn carefully, they pass easily.
