VBSPU offers a two-year MTech programme in full-time mode across five specialisations. The University offers 25 seats for each of the MTech specialisations. VBSPU MTech Admission Process 2023
Candidates seeking admission to MTech at VBSPU must take the GATE or PUCET exam.
To apply for GATE, follow the step-wise application process shown below:
Step 1.1: Register for GATE.
Step 1.2: Fill Application Form.
Step 1.3: Upload the required documents.
Step 1.4: Pay GATE Application Fee.
Step 1.5: Accept Declaration and Submit the Application.
Step 2: Download GATE 2023 Admit Card: After registration, candidates are required to download their GATE admit card. Admit card release date is yet to be announced by the exam conducting authority.
Step 3: Appear for the GATE 2023 Exam: As per the subject chosen, candidates have to appear for the exam on the scheduled date.
Step 4: GATE 2023 Result Declaration: The exam conducting authority will announce the result in the third week of March. The result will comprise candidates' marks, normalised scores and rank.
Step 5: Participate in GATE 2023 Counselling Process: The counselling will be conducted for the GATE-qualified candidates to choose the college and branch as per their rank and choice.
Candidates need to submit the application forms within the registration period. However, they can also submit applications within the prescribed period after the registration along with a late fee. The table below shows the GATE application fee details for various categories:
