VIT Andhra Pradesh - A place to learn and live.

Placements: Above 90% of students are placed in this course. Now, 2 batches have passed, and everyone got placed well. The college itself provides good internship opportunities. The companies that you have an internship with will also give you a reasonable stipend that is sufficient for your pocket money and other little expenses. As an intern, you get to do the work told by your team head. The average package is about 17 LPA CTC.

It's an alright university, good to have the VIT tag.

Placements: The recent packages we received this year weren't that great. The highest package wasn't even more than 50cr. Probably due to recession, the companies offering high placements have decreased. But the packages we received in the year 2021 and 2022 were great. The highest was around 63 Lacs. Still, the average package is around 8 or 9 Lacs. So, I would say it's good to have these kinds of placements in VIT.

Review of VIT-Andhra Pradesh University.

Placements: Regarding placements, the problem with our batch is the recession; some companies are hiring only a small number of students. TCS is the one that has hired more people based on their talent. The next ones are Cognizant and LTIMindtree, which have hired a good number of students.

I am absolutely satisfied with the university.

Placements: Approximately 70-80% of students were placed in our college. The highest package offered this year is 43,00,000. Recruiting companies such as Amazon, Flipkart, Wipro, and TCS are there. The average package is nearly 7,00,000. As seniors suggested, I joined this university. So, I recommend this.

Placements: Almost above 80% of students got campus placements. 27 Lacs per annum is the average package in this course. Cognizant, Infosys, Amazon, HP, and Google are top recruiting companies in my course. Around 80% of our university students got internships from my course.

An Okish College to Join.

Placements: Almost all the students I met were CSE students. Cognizant, and TCS are the main recruiting companies. Since this is a new college, we can't judge this college by the placements. Yes, the placements are average and also improving every year. So many students are at least getting an internship.

Good faculty members, bad infrastructure, and decent placements.

Placements: Placements are centralised for all four campuses of VIT. There isn't much discrimination between the campuses. Everything depends upon students' CGPA. If one has a good over 9 CGPA by the end of their third year they are mostly eligible for all the companies. Most of the people here got placed at mass recruiters like TCS, IBM, and Infosys. Try to maintain a good CGPA. Everything else would be good.

Don't keep it as the first option.

Placements: Almost 80% of students get placed. But, most of them get placed with less salaries. The type of recruiting companies was also not that good. Very few students get internships. Mine was cybersecurity specialisation in computer science engineering.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty.

Placements: As we have seen from the past 4 years, the campus placements are not very good. There is a very low percentage of students placed this year, about 8% to 10%. It is just like an average JNTU college. Some top companies are IBM, MICROSOFT, GOOGLE, TATA, etc.

Placements: As per reports, there was 100 percent placement last year, but according to seniors, not all were placed. Also, the average placement was about 6-7 Lacs per annum, but many students got placed above 10 Lacs per annum. Many companies like Deloitte, TCS also come for recruitment.
