The college is excellent.
Placements: There is a huge number of students who are placed every year in our college. The salary package we receive is of high price and from top companies. The company which come for recruitment is of very high level. The placement of students in this college is guaranteed. Almost 70% of students get placements.
Infrastructure: This college has an outstanding infrastructure with lovely classrooms, Wi-Fi, and a fully furnished library. There are 4 canteens which serve us good quality food. There are medical facilities available. There are many games including both indoor games and outdoor games.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are very helpful, friendly, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is excellent as all well-known teachers are recruited in this college. The exams conducted in the college are very difficult and the competition is very high among all students striving hard to pass.

Salesian College aims at making the students socially responsible.
Placements: Right now our college is providing training for better placements and we do get some place for example banks, ICICI, Axis bank etc. The student have also appeared for CAT and CA and have cracked this examinations. So, its a good college with proper discipline. Nearly 50% students are placed based on their capability and knowledge. Even some people are authors now like Dighanta Roy. Generally students go further studies as the college has lesser placements for B.Com graduates. They provide larger placement to professional courses like BBA MBA etc. They have many contacts with corporates and students with good academic records are mostly placed. A few companies do come every year for campus recruitment and good students are given the offer for 6 month internship.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of college Siliguri campus has grown quite a lot in the recent year and is expected to have the best infrastructure among all colleges in Siliguri in the coming years. There is a good sized playground also on the campus and a stadium block which adds the attractiveness. Classrooms are good and there is Wi-Fi. Gaming and medical facilities are also good. A library is available with many books. The college also participates in inter-school programmes to give a student more opportunities for growth. The campus is good with two canteens. The labs and classrooms are good with good benches. The infrastructure of the college is decent. It has all the basic amenities required for a quality education. It has a basketball court, a small grounds for cricket and football and all other sports. It also has a good auditorium and a beautiful conference room. The infrastructure is great and would expand more in coming years.
Faculty: Faculty members are very frank and experts in their fields. There is a great involvement of teachers in every activity. They encourage and support students. Most teacher can teach well. However, it has good faculty. It is an amazing experience to be a part of Salesian College. A very good experience with this college so far. The teachers are helpful and available any time. They are very friendly, helpful, well-qualified and knowledgeable faculty and lab assistants. They are always there to help you in every possible way. Apart from these, they also provide a sports teacher and others who are really awesome and will help you in every aspect of your life.
Other: The college organises the various inter and intra-fest at the state as well as the national levels and has a good exposure. The campus is attractive. The college timing and attendance is quite strict, and a student might have a problem keeping up with it. It is fun to be a part of Salesian College. Many activities, inter-college are intra-college are conducted here. Life is great at this place.

Overall, a below average college as of 2024.
Placements: Zero placement opportunities are given by the college during the academic season. And even after graduation, very few placement opportunities are available via the alumni portals with very low packages. Definitely not a good option when it comes to placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent. During the initial academic season of 2020-21, the infrastructure was poor, but construction has been going on on the campus, and improvements are being made. The new library is quite good, yet the department of commerce needs more improvements.
Faculty: The faculty used to be good when I joined in the year 2020, but as of 2023, the experienced teachers have all left the college, and mostly freshmen teachers are there. Only a very handful of experienced teachers are left in the college, so that's one concern.
Other: Initially I never planned to join this college, but since I had no better options of colleges in Siliguri since all the colleges are more or less the same, and because of the pandemic in the year 2020, I could opt to leave my city and go to other cities, so I had to go with Salesian due to the lack of options available.

The college is too strict but it only benefits the students.
Placements: There is no placement facility by the college. College only helps the student for find the path. Since there is no job facility by the college, they are being guided by the faculty members of the college.
Infrastructure: The college is facilitated with the all study needs and other requirements i.e., library, computer lab, science lab, annual feedback fill, medical facility, sports and games. The quality of the labs and classrooms are well updated as per the industry requirements.
Faculty: The faculty members are way too strict but are also helpful in some cases. They conduct too many test and exams. We get industrial visits once in a year as per the course and the department we are in.

It's a good college with good mentoring and experienced teachers and teaching facilities.
Placements: According to the course, they provide placement; not all courses get placements from this college. I haven't heard much about the roles and internships provided by the college, but students have gotten into companies across the country with their perseverance and hard work.According to the course, they provide placement; not all courses get placements from this college. I haven't heard much about the roles and internships provided by the college, but students have gotten into companies across the country with their perseverance and hard work.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi available only for faculty
Labs are there for practical work
Few classes have AC and few has projector. Has 3 halls to conduct meetings and events.
And it has good canteen facilities. Canteen here have both veg and non veg facilities and provides hygiene services .
Faculty: The teacher was indeed very helpful and had lots of experience and different ways to teach students. They are recruited with high standards and knowledge. Many lecturers and professors have helped students develop their careers and futures with their high knowledge and experience.
Other: B.Com is a financial and business perspective course that helps an individual take steps into the corporate and secondary to tertiary sectors. Thus, knowing more and having personal interests in this field led me to this course, and it has been a good decision to choose the subject.
