The decision to pursue an MBA was not made lightly. It was the result of a long and intense soul-searching process that involved multiple late-night conversations with myself and copious amounts of coffee. I had a passion for business and a desire to become a true master of the trade. I wanted to learn how to navigate the complex world of finance, marketing, and strategy like a pro, and use that knowledge to make a real impact on the world. And that is why I selected Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University’s School of Management and Commerce.

Q1. How did you choose your course of study in school (class XI-XII)? What made you choose your current college/course (undergrad/post-grad)?

The decision to pursue an MBA was not made lightly. It was the result of a long and intense soul-searching process that involved multiple late-night conversations with myself and copious amounts of coffee. But in the end, I chose the path of the MBA warrior for several reasons. Firstly, I realized that I had a passion for business and a desire to become a true master of the trade. I wanted to learn how to navigate the complex world of finance, marketing, and strategy like a pro, and use that knowledge to make a real impact on the world. Secondly, I saw the MBA from Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University as an opportunity to push myself to my limits, both academically and personally. I knew that the program would be challenging, but I also knew that it would force me to grow and develop in ways that I never thought possible. And finally, I was attracted to the idea of being part of a community of like-minded individuals who share my passion for business and are driven to achieve greatness. The thought of being surrounded by ambitious, intelligent, and motivated individuals who are all striving towards the same goal is both inspiring and exhilarating.

According to its website, it aims to provide excellent quality of education that molds students and makes them stand as true professionals in real life. It also claims to have a strong placement record with many reputed companies visiting the campus. Whether it is a good college or not depends on your preferences, goals, and expectations. Some of the top recruiters are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, IBM, and HCL. Now dbgi become university its is DBUU Now.

Securing admission into Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University was an exciting and rigorous process. To prepare for the admission process, I began by researching the university's eligibility criteria and entrance exams. After assessing my strengths and weaknesses, I decided to focus my preparation efforts on the Common Admission Test (CAT) and Management Aptitude Test (MAT). I enrolled in coaching classes to help me prepare for these exams, which provided me with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of business and management. The entrance exam was designed to assess my aptitude for business and management and consisted of sections on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. While the exam was challenging, I felt confident in my abilities, and my hard work paid off when I received a call for a face-to-face interview with two faculty members of the university.

In addition to preparing for the entrance exams and interviews, I researched the university's placement trends and past student reviews. This helped me gain a better understanding of the university's strengths and weaknesses and helped me make an informed decision about my future career prospects. I found that Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University had a strong track record of placing students in reputable companies across a variety of industries, which made me feel confident in my decision to attend the university.

Q3.  How do you spend your time at college? Which classes do you like to attend? Which extra-curricular activities are you a part of in college? If given a chance, what else would you want to do? How has your college experience changed you as a person? What opportunities do you see in future?

At the university, I try to make the most of my time by balancing academics with extracurricular activities. I attend lectures regularly and spend time in the library to study and complete assignments. I have a particular interest in books related to Management courses, which I find intellectually stimulating and relevant to the current business environment. I appreciate the insights provided by the faculty members who teach these courses and have learned a lot from them.

Besides academics, I am an active participant in various social and cultural events that the university offers. These events provide me with opportunities to meet new people, interact with different cultures, and learn new skills. I believe that extracurricular activities are just as important as academics in shaping a well-rounded individual. I've taken part in organizing events, volunteering in community service projects, and participating in sports competitions. These activities have allowed me to develop my leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, which I believe will be valuable in my future career.

In summary, my time at the university has been a transformative experience that has allowed me to develop both academically and personally. I am grateful for the opportunities that the university has provided me and excited about the future opportunities that lie ahead.

Q4. What do you plan for the future?

In terms of future opportunities, I am open to exploring different paths and careers. As I already placed at "Jaro Education” with a package of 8.46 LPA but I believe that college is a time for self-discovery, and we should look forward to taking advantage of the university's resources to exploring different fields of study and gaining hands-on experience through internships and other opportunities. The university's career centre provides a variety of resources, including job fairs, resume workshops, and mock interviews, which I plan to take advantage of to prepare for my future career.
