Yes, you are eligible for AME, when you complete 3 year Diploma, but not class 12th with PCB group. After class 12th for taking admission for AME, you need PCM group.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
This is a technical course. Students who have passed 10+2 Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects) with minimum 50% aggregate marks are eligible to pursue this course. Diploma holders (with minimum 50% aggregate marks)
