CENTAC 2024 Application Form, Registration: Check Date, Fees & How to Apply

Below are the steps for candidates from Puducherry or other states/Union Territories aspiring to appear in the counselling: 

CENTAC 2024 application process for Puducherry candidates:

• The first step towards CENTAC 2024 application process is to register on the official website by filling in details like Name, contact number, date of birth, etc.
• Once registered, they will need to fill in their personal details, academic details, payment details
• Next, candidates will need to select their category and the courses/s they wish to apply.
• It’s a must for aspirants belonging to other states to enter their JEE Main details while filling up academic details in the CENTAC online application form.
• Once the CENTAC application form will be submitted successfully, an application number will be generated. This must be saved for all future references.
• A candidate's application form will not be considered valid until the printout of the filled-in online CENTAC application form along with other required documents reaches the office of CENTAC authority.
• Aspirants are required to mention the application number generated online on the top right corner of all the enclosed documents with the printout of the online CENTAC application form.
• It’s important to note that aspirants will need not submit their original documents. Only photocopies of all the documents will be required. 

CENTAC 2024 application process for Other State/UT candidates:

• Aspirants who have passed HSC or equivalent examination will be eligible to apply for CENTAC but on the basis of JEE Main scores only.
• Such candidates need to fill up the online CENTAC application form using their JEE Main marks (scorecard) before the last date.
• Besides the downloaded copy of the online filled-in CENTAC application form, candidates also need to enclose the given below documents which should be attested.
• All the documents need to be sent to the Convenor CENTAC office, PEC Campus, Pillaichavady, Puducherry – 605 014 through Courier/Post.

• General Candidates: INR 1,000 
• SC/BT Candidates: INR 500
• Other State: INR 1500

CENTAC 2024 application fee can be paid via Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card

• Birth Certificate/SSLC ABD Matriculation Mark sheet as Age Proof
• Nationality Certificate (if applicable)
• HSC or equivalent exam Mark Sheet
• Community certificate (if applicable)
• Residence Certificate (if applicable)
• Nativity Certificate (if applicable)
• SSLC/Matriculation Examination Marks Sheet
• Acknowledgement Card (Self-addressed and affixed with a stamp of Rs 6)
• Recent passport color photograph pasted in the specified place on the Application Form
• JEE Main Hall ticket and scorecard (Only in case of other State/UTs Candidates)

In addition to the above documents, Puducherry candidates also need to enclose the following documents.

• Permanent Integrated Certificate (if applicable)
• Special category certificate (if applicable)
• Certificate of registration for French Nationals of Indian origin (if applicable)

All of the above documents will need to have the CENTAC Application Form Number written on them.
