School of Management offers undergraduate degree programme in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with specialisation in Human Resource Management, Accounting and Finance, Marketing and Information Technology Management. We encourage student-centric culture and improved on developing industry-ready & employable students with all-around holistic development.

Our faculty is unique in that almost all of the members have been awarded her/his PhD degree by reputable universities and more than 10 years of teaching experience. We also have experience visiting faculties from the industries, who are experts in their discipline, to support our curriculum which includes industrial case studies.

Our academic curriculum is of dynamic nature which is reviewed every year to develop unique quality standards for academic excellence and innovations. We have converted the institute digital and teach the students as per the Education E4.0 model.

At the School of Management, we have introduced a compulsory industrial internship in all the semesters to get hands-on experience and become industry ready and employable. The industrial internship is arranged in various sectors such as Banks, financial institutes, corporate offices of industries, which ultimately reduces the induction period of training duration when they are employed.

In addition to this, before commence of the first semester, we provide them compulsory foundation course for their holistic growth. The teaching-learning process involves theory classes of an hour duration and practical classes of four hours duration.

The curriculum will be delivered through various methods including chalk and talk, powerpoint presentations, audio, video tools, E-learning / E-content, field trips/ Industry visits, seminars, workshops, projects, models, class discussions and industrial internship.

Evaluation

The assessment broadly comprises of Internal Assessment (Continuous Evaluation Component) and External Assessment i.e., End Semester Examination. Each course carries 100 marks for theory with 50 marks for Internal Assessment and 50 for End Semester Examination.

Courses

The curriculum structure is based on UGC prescribed curriculum structure. The program consists of Core Courses (CC) / Discipline Specific Elective (DSE) / Generic Electives Courses of 3 credits each and Skill Enhancement Courses of two credits each.

We also provide students an opportunity to participate in student-managed clubs to train them to strengthen their capacity to observe, analyze, and participate in socio-economic development. Our students also play a substantial role in making our program successful through participating in decision making, hard work in finding solutions to challenging issues.

Our Library is housed with a large number of books, reference books, periodicals to cater for the needs as per the curriculum and remains open 24x7.
