IPMAT registration 2025 is expected to begin in the second week of February 2025. The IPMAT application form 2025 will be available on the official website and there will be no provision for offline IPMAT Indore registration. The exact IPMAT 2025 registration date will be announced by the exam conducting authority, Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIM Indore). The form correction window for IPMAT 2025 will be opened for candidates to make corrections to the form. Before filling out the IPMAT 2025 application form, it is important to check the IPMAT eligibility criteria for the exam. Application forms will be accepted only for candidates who are eligible to apply for the exam. IIM Indore IPMAT 2025 will be conducted on May 12, 2025. IIM Rohtak will release the IPMAT Rohtak application form 2025 online on February 6, 2025. The last date to register for the IIM Rohtak IPM is April 11, 2025.

Q:   I am in 12th and want to appear for IPMAT exam, can I fill the form of IPMAT without the results of 12th class?

A: 

Yes, students who are in Class 12 or are awaiting for their Class 12 results can certainly apply for the IPMAT exam. The basic eligibility crtieria for appearing for the IPMAT exam is as follows:

  • The candidate should have scored a minimum of 60% aggregate in Class 10/SSC and Class 12/ HSC or equivalent examination in the case of the General and NC-OBC categories.

  • The candidates must have passed the qualifying examination in 2022, 2023 or in 2024.
  • Also, the candidate should be a maximum of 20 years of age as of July 31, 2024.

  • The candidate should have scored a minimum of 55% aggregate in Class 10/SSC and Class 12/ HSC or equivalent examination in the case of SC, ST and PWD (DA) categories.

  • Applicants in Class 12 or awaiting the results are also eligible to apply provisionally. This means that they would be requireed to present their Class 12 marksheet, school leaving certificate, transfer certificate, etc. at the time of admission. If the candidate fails to submit the required documents, then, their candidature will be cancelled.

Q:   What are the registration dates for IPMAT?

A: 

IPMAT application process 2025 will likely start in the second week of February 2025. The registration window will be open for approximately a month. IPMAT 2025 will be conducted on May 12, 2025. The complete schedule of IPMAT exam will be announced online and will also be available on the official website of IIM Indore. The application schedule for IIFT will be announced on the official website of IIFT. The IPMAT application process begins with the IPMAT registration and application fee payment. Candidates need to submit their IPMAT application form before the deadline. Candidates will have to choose the their preferred institutes as well as test centres while filling the IPMAT application form. Candidates can apply for all the institutes which accept IPMAT scores after the results are declared and they match the cutoff criteria.

Q:   Is there a scholarship through IPMAT?

A: 

Yes, IIM Indore extends financial aid to the aspirants in need of financial assistance. The institute offers a Need Based Financial Assistance (NBFA) scholarship to ensure that no aspirant is deprived of education at the institute for financial reasons. All participants admitted to the Post-Graduate Programme in Management (PGP), PGP HRM (PGPH) and Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) with annual family income below INR 9,00,000 are eligible to apply for this scholarship. All the students who have applied through the EWS quota but have secured the seat through general or any other quota can also apply for NBFA. Any participant who have applied through SC, ST, OBC or physically handicapped quota and fall within the above eligibility criteria can also apply for the NBFA.

Q:   Is the IPMAT application form different for different categories?

A: 

No, the IPMAT application form is the same for all categories. Students need to choose their respective categories while filling the registration form. Candidates must note that when they are applying for IPMAT exam, the first step in the IPMAT application process is registration. Students can then proceed on to filling the IPMAT application form and paying thr application fee. Candidates must carefully fill the IPMAT application form and uploaded the required documents. Candidates need to then make the fee payment online. Candidates must also note that once the fee payment has been made no changes can be made in the registration form and the fee will also not be refunded.

  • The IPMAT application process is completely online. There is no provision of filling the IPMAT Indore application form offline. 
  • The IPMAT application fee can be paid online using any online transaction mode.
  • Candidates must be at least 20 years of age as of July 31, 2025. (Five years of relaxation to the candidates from the SC/ST/PwD category will be given i.e. born on or after August 01, 2005).
  • Candidates are required to choose their IPMAT exam centre during the application form filling

  • Scanned or digital copy photograph and signature
  • Scanned copy of the latest OBC (Non-creamy) / SC / ST / DAP category certificate as applicable

IPMAT 2025: How to Apply?

Candidates can fill in the application form by following the below-mentioned steps:

IPMAT application process

  • Visit the official website of IIM Indore

  • Click on the registration link for IPMAT 2025

  • The candidate needs to generate a User ID and password

  • This User ID and password will also be sent to the candidate through registered email and SMS

  • Next, the candidate needs to re-login using the credentials

  • The next step is to enter the required details in the application form. candidates must ensure that they enter the correct details as the same cannot be changed later

  • Pay the registration fee through a Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking

  • Candidates belonging to reserved categories need to submit valid and attested certificates supporting their reservation category

IPMAT Indore Form Correction Instructions

Read below to know the important IPMAT 2025 form correction instructions:

  • Candidates who have completed the IPMAT 2025 application process can make changes in the application form (if any) within the stipulated time.
  • To make corrections in the form, candidates need to login on to the official website using their login credentials, i.e. Username and Password.
  • The application form correction window will be open for a day.
  • Candidates can make corrections in only a few fields such as Candidate’s Photo, Candidate’s Signature, Alternate Mobile Number, Alternate Email Address and Exam Centre City Preferences.
  • Changes and edits can be made only once. Once the form is saved after being edited, the form will be uneditable. Hence, make the corrections carefully.

Choosing the IPMAT Test Centre

Given below are a few instructions to keep in mind when choosing the IPMAT exam centre:

  • During the IPMAT application form filling, candidates can choose one IPMAT test centre.
  • The test cities cannot be changed once the IPMAT application form has been submitted.
  • The details of the IPMAT  test centre will be mentioned on the IPMAT admit card along with the date and time of the exam and the students will also be informed via SMS or email. 
  • Candidates must note that they will have to visit the same test centre that has been allotted to them. They cannot change the centre on the exam day too. No change requests will be entertained.
