MAH BBA CET 2025 Analysis: Detailed Previous Year Exam Analysis, Difficulty Level, Marks

MAH BBA CET has four sections – English, Reasoning, Computer-Basics and General Knowledge. Section wise, the Englishs section has the maximum weightage and Computer-basics and General Knowledge has the minimum weightage. Check below the sectional weightage of MAH BBA CET 2024:

The English section of MAH BBA CET has the maximum weightage. This section carries 40 marks and Reasoning (Arithmetic and Verbal) section carries 30 marks. So, together they carry 70 questions, i.e. 70 percent of the total number of questions. General Knowledge and Computer Basics sections carry 15 marks each.

Yes, there is usually a difference in the question paper from one session of the MAH BBA CET to another. The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, administers MAH BBA CET to candidates seeking admission to a range of management programmes provided by participating institutes. To maintain fairness and avoid question paper leaks or instances of cheating, every MAH BBA CET session has a different set of questions. The questions have been carefully chosen to cover a broad variety of subjects that are pertinent to the syllabus for the management entrance test. To preserve the exam's integrity and uniformity, the questions' structure and degree of difficulty can, however, be the same throughout various sessions.

MAH BBA CET is one of the BBA entrance exams in India which does not have negative marking. For each correct attempt, one mark is awarded to the candidate but no marks are deducted for wrong answers or unattempted questions. The total marks of BBA CET are 100 and candidates need not worry about making incorrect attempt. They must however avoid random selection of options as correct answers. The MAH BBA CET exam comprises 100 questions from Reasoning (Verbal and Arithmetic), English, General Knowledge and Computer Basics sections. Each question in the MAH CET BBA exam carries one mark, resulting in a total of 100 marks. The candidates who qualify the MAH BBA CET exam can participate in the CAP round for admission to the colleges which accept MAH BBA CET exam for BBA/BBCA/BBM/BMS courses. The selection is based on the candidate's MAH BBA CET score, preferences for colleges, and seat availability.

Candidates are required to register and fill out their application form online during the specified window. After registration, they need to get their documents verified at designated centers. Candidates can then choose their preferred programme then a merit list will be issued based on the choices filled by the candidates and the seats are allotted in each round.

MAH BBA CET exam is a national level undergraduate exam conducted by the Maharashtra State CET Cell. The MAH BBA CET exam is a gateway to the UG colleges in Maharashtra only, private as well as government. If the candidates wishes to take admission to the undergraduate courses in Maharashtra, they need to appear for the MAH BBA CET exam.

MAH BBA CET score is valid for admission for one year only. Those who have appeared for MAH BBA CET 2024 (first and additional sessions), can seek admission to participating colleges this year only (2024-26 batch) Candidates who will appear in MAH BBA CET 2025, their scores will be valid for admission to 2025-2029 batch of BBA/BMS/BBCA/BBS programmes. Those who wish to take a break of one year will have to appear for the exam again.

It is good to take a break and appear for the MAH BMS BBA CET exam next year again instead of taking admission in a college that is not of your choice. If you’ve scored below expectation in the current attempt, skip the year, prepare for the exam again, score better the next year and pursue the UG degree from a college that meets all your parameters.
