There is not very broad difference as both are a part of Fine Art degree but there is a key difference.
BFA :- It means doing paintings and artistic work, not a designers work, they can be free thinker, they have no limitation or restrictions. They can draw and create anything that they like and feel

Utkal University of Culture's BVA eligibility criteria includes: Read 10+2, minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST), max age 17-23 years having any stream subject combination.
