Placements: In my branch, mechanical, every year approximately 50 to 60 students get admission, out of which up to 90% of students get placed. The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Capgemini and Ge Vernova.

But if you don't, you will fall into the 3 or 4 lacs per annum category. In short, you will be provided with everything, but you have to do some extra work on your own.
