Decent placements at NIET, basic facilities, average teaching, and room for improvement.

Faculty: The faculty at NIET Greater Noida is okay, with some teachers being helpful and good at teaching, while others are not very engaging. The quality of teaching is mixed. Some classes are useful, but others feel basic. The course curriculum covers important topics, but it doesn't fully prepare students for jobs without extra effort. Semester exams are not too hard if students study regularly. Most students pass because the college supports them during exams. Since it's an autonomous college, it has...

NIET good at placement but at what cost?

Faculty: NIET is an autonomous college, so the curriculum is up to date. Even if the college wants to change their syllabus, they can do so on their own because of autonomy. The faculty for the first year is very supportive and fun. But after the first year, faculty will not take any interest in whether you are studying or not. They will just come, write on the board, and then leave.

If you really want to enjoy college life, then do not take admission to this college.

Faculty: Some teachers are good, but a few teachers are not able to speak English. The teaching quality is average. The course is okay, as there are relevant things for your study. They do not make the students in the industry practice themselves for placement opportunities. If you study, then you can easily pass your exams. The pass percentage is 33 percent.

The college is good; you can consider taking admission.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and they are highly qualified. Almost all teachers are Ph.D. holders, and their experience is good. The colleges here provide you with so many courses that you will be ready to go into the industry. There is strict invigilation during the semester, but the environment is very good for the students during the semester.

Absolutely satisfied with the course and the college, really good infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: The curriculum has been excellently designed. Teachers are also very supportive and highly qualified. They have come up with various branches inside computer science engineering that are relevant to the current market scenario. Semester exams are quite tough. One needs to be thorough with their concepts to score high marks and maintain a good CGPA.

Review of Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET).

Faculty: Teachers are helpful. The course is pretty relevant; it does make the students industry-ready. Semester exams are not too difficult, like you just have to study and that's it. If you don't, you'll find them tough. Overall, the course is good for industry-level standards.

NIET is not for college enjoyment, but for getting placement.

Faculty: Due to being an autonomous institute, NIET designs its own syllabus, curriculum, and exam papers. NIET does not depend on universities for faculty recruitment; they handle recruitment independently through interviews. As for the syllabus, while other colleges may focus on C, C++, and similar programming languages, NIET offers Python, Java, and also cloud computing, database management system courses, which are in demand by MNC companies.

NIET is a moderate institute.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teachers provide notes and study material. The semester exams in our college are difficult, but sometimes lengthy exams also come. The pass percentage of our college is very good.

Overall experience in this college is very good.

Faculty: Faculty of the college is very good and experienced. The way they teach students is very good, and they try their best to teach them. The exams are very good, and the difficulty level is good. I am sure you can easily pass the end-sem exams, and the benefit is that the college is autonomous.

Absolutely satisfied with the college.

Faculty: Exams are pretty much easy. One would not have to study hard to get a minimum 8 CGPA. Though some of the faculty take their subject seriously and teach some things out of the syllabus to improve students' knowledge, while other teachers just open their PPTs and repeat line by line from it.

Good academics, decent infrastructure, decent placements.

Faculty: Teachers really focus on students, and there is a kind of strict environment regarding students. We are supposed to be well-mannered on the college premises, and inappropriate behavior is not tolerated. Courses align with the technologies, but still, AKTU offers a very outdated syllabus. For this, we are provided with regular workshops, and multiple new labs are created that focus on new technologies like AI and ML.

NIET Review, 1st Year Student POV.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers are definitely very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. All of them are Ph.D. holders and are very hardworking and passionate. Obviously, the course curriculum is relevant, and it does make students industry-ready as we have to attend workshops for 1 month to learn coding and industry visits. These all help in making us industry-ready. Semester exams are not so difficult as weekly tests and workbooks help us in starting preparation from the very beginning.

If you are looking for a college in Greater Noida for B. Teach, this college is a good option.

Faculty: Professors give their all to teach students, they have a strict attendance policy. The worst thing about the exam schedule is that they take sessionals on consecutive days without a break, and 2 exams per day, which is too much for a student to handle. Semester exams are conducted quite well.

Good faculty and infrastructure, decent placements, but curriculum needs industry relevance.

Faculty: Outside of regular class hours, especially for those needing extra clarification or support. The teaching quality was generally good, though it varied between professors. Some instructors were highly engaging, using real-world examples and interactive teaching methods, while others stuck to a traditional lecture-based approach. This variation could sometimes affect the overall classroom experience, but on the whole, the teaching methods were adequate for most students' learning needs.
