Faculty: NIET is an autonomous college, so the curriculum is up to date. Even if the college wants to change their syllabus, they can do so on their own because of autonomy. The faculty for the first year is very supportive and fun. But after the first year, faculty will not take any interest in whether you are studying or not. They will just come, write on the board, and then leave.

Faculty: Some teachers are good, but a few teachers are not able to speak English. The teaching quality is average. The course is okay, as there are relevant things for your study. They do not make the students in the industry practice themselves for placement opportunities. If you study, then you can easily pass your exams. The pass percentage is 33 percent.

These all help in making us industry-ready. Semester exams are not so difficult as weekly tests and workbooks help us in starting preparation from the very beginning.

The worst thing about the exam schedule is that they take sessionals on consecutive days without a break, and 2 exams per day, which is too much for a student to handle.
