B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) - Batch of 2028

Good faculty members but disappointed on the behalf of sports and infrastructure.
Placements: As I am a fresher, but my didi got passed out last year, she told me the placement ratio is very good, and almost every company comes to hire for internships. In that year, about 89% of students were placed, some of them in Accenture, Wipro, Infosys, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not above average as they don't have any games, gym, own sports team, or cafe too. Just having a canteen in which the quality of food is also average. Classrooms are also bad; they don't even have whiteboards, and they teach on blackboards.
Faculty: Teachers and faculty members are very good; they are helpful and also are qualified from mostly IIT and BHU. They are ready to help a student at any time. In our college, exams are mostly every week in the form of CT, ST, live assignments, etc. And the difficulty is medium.

ABESIT - A Graduation Tragedy.
Placements: The placement department is very bad. Only a few technical job opportunities are available; the rest are all non-tech, like BPO or Business Development Associate. The highest package ever was 27 LPA (off-campus), and on-campus it had been 8 LPA max by Sopra Banking Software. Placement is poor because of poor management; they don't know how to bring in companies. Also, placement tests are a waste as students cheat using ChatGPT and AI, and that's why good students fail to get jobs because cheaters ace the tests and get disqualified on personal interview grounds.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. However, the quality of facilities in the hostel and canteen is not good. There are no sports activities because the ground is given on lease to a sports academy. They do not pay any attention to any sport, and it is very bad for an engineering college. Only once a year is there a sports day, that too done very hastily and without interest!
Faculty: Teachers are egoistic. They do not have sufficient knowledge. Some teachers are so bad they only know that students have to cheat and write research papers and don't pay attention to good projects at all. There is too much favoritism and a biased mentality among teachers. Exams are not difficult, but only cramming will get you through exams, not studying genuinely. There is no room for creativity or self-made answers!
Other: People come to this college by mistake as there is another college by the same name which is much better, adjacent to this college. Fests happen once every four years without any celebrity performance or DJ night. Every year, they almost cancel the fest because they don't like spending money on such things. Wi-Fi range doesn't reach classrooms; even teachers are fed up with the Wi-Fi connectivity! Scholarships are provided by AKTU, which is half of your fees, given in the month of September-October for the first three years only if you're admitted via UPSEE counseling.

Not absolutely dissatisfied by the college.
Placements: Placements are not that good, which they promise while taking admissions. Most of the placements are off-campus. And they say companies like Flipkart and Amazon come here to recruit but that's totally fake. Amazon comes here to recruit for call centre jobs.
Infrastructure: The college is not so big area-wise, but the greenery is quite beautiful and peaceful. The hostel is inside the campus and is fairly maintained, I say. There is not much good area near the college, and the passing road is also so narrow and there is always a lot of traffic, which is so disturbing.
Faculty: Lots and lots of exams feel like they never end. The faculty is good and supportive in its first year. Proper notes are maintained and weekly assignments and class tests are scheduled. Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable but keeping tests on a frequent basis also disturbs the mindset of a student.
Other: If you are thinking of enjoying college life, then don't go for ABESIT. Here, you will not get the college life you are thinking of, but yes, there is good competition among learners and teaching enthusiasts.

Choose wisely. Think before taking any step.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, with a ground, a canteen, and a great library. The campus is decent, not that big, but a good one. Wi-Fi is good, but sometimes you may see "no internet connection." Labs are good, but they mostly do practicals on their own, so there's not much to learn.
Faculty: Faculty members are average. Their main plan is to finish the syllabus. It doesn't matter a bit if you don't understand the topic. They could blame you for that or make fun of you. Some faculty members are very genuine, especially the first-year faculty members, who are very good.
Other: I only chose this college because it is near my home. About this course, I didn't like what they teach us or the way they teach in college. It's more like a burden. Events and fests are very few in number; it's mostly about studying.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Here, placements are good. 90 to 95% of students were placed. The median package is 4 LPA, while the highest package is 27 LPA in our course. The average package is 5 LPA in our course. Most students are placed between 4 to 6 LPA. Also, 60 to 65% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. There is a Wi-Fi-enabled campus here. Digital labs and classrooms are available. A Wi-Fi-enabled library is here. The hostel at our college is also good. The quality of food in the canteen and mess is good. There is a lot of greenery in our college.
Faculty: Our teachers are well-qualified and Ph.D. holders. They teach in a nice manner that students can understand easily. They also give us work to experience industrial work. They teach us industrial knowledge in the practical lab. 95 to 98% is the passing percentage of students.
Other: I want to be a successful software engineer. That's why I chose this course. The future is based mainly on AI, and we learn about it. This is the best thing about our course. I wish to improve in practical knowledge.

Absolutely not worth taking admission; placement is very low in 2023, and infrastructure is fine.
Placements: About 30-40% of students got placed last year. The highest package offered was around 10 Lacs, and the lowest package was between 1 and 1.5 Lacs for on-campus placements. From my batch, 4 students were selected for a hackathon and won 1 Lakh in prize money. They are very passionate about their careers in the software world.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is normal. The campus is quite small, which is disappointing. The hostel is average with average food. Some faculty members are excellent, while others don't know how to teach. There are two canteens: one is good, and the other is more like a store-type canteen. Wi-Fi is not very reliable, but the classrooms are good and air-conditioned.
Faculty: Some teachers assist with personal development, while others do not care and lack effective teaching skills. Semester exams are normal, but there are 2 sessionals and 4 CTS with a lot of assignments, leaving little time for other activities like personal development.
Other: Since my admission, the college has been under construction, including the auditorium where major activities take place. As a result, I haven't experienced events, fests, or major activities like other colleges. However, small extracurricular activities such as singing and dancing competitions are held throughout the year.
