The Academy of Aviation and Engineering offers both a Certificate Course in Maintenance and a Certificate Course in Aviation. To determine which programme has better placement, let's compare the two courses:

  1. Certificate Course in Maintenance:
    • The Academy of Aviation and Engineering's Maintenance programme focuses on providing students with the necessary skills and knowledge to work in aviation maintenance.
    • The programme likely includes hands-on experience in a Redbird flight simulator, as mentioned in the Aviation Academy at Community College of Beaver County
    • However, specific details about job placement opportunities and connections with airlines or other aviation companies are not provided in the search results.
  2. Certificate Course in Aviation:
    • The Academy of Aviation and Engineering's Aviation programme offers a Career Pilot Program, which includes training at the same airports as other schools and earning the same ATP Certification

Good college for Dual programme.
Placements: AAE Bangalore is not like the other colleges, our college supports the students' with employment. Many of my batch mates got placed in companies like Indigo, Akasa, Airbus, Star Air, etc. Many companies visit the campus for hiring. We have been seeing the students of this college getting opportunities worldwide.
Infrastructure: Two aeroplanes have been placed in the college campus, one is a Business JET LearJET and another is a Navion Aircraft. Also, this college has well maintained laboratories. The institute is located at a very beautiful place near the Kempegauda International Airport. The campus is neat and clean. Classes are big in size and comfortable.
Faculty: Faculty members are Airforce retired officials and from the aviation industry. They are consistent in their teaching. We have been given a very good training in practicals as well as in theory through excellent presentations. The faculty members are competent and have deep knowledge. Some of the faculty members are from the Industry who take lectures and give a very good insight.

If you have an interest in maintenance engineering, then you can join the college, otherwise no.
Placements: You have to find jobs on your own. The college only focuses on fulfilling the purpose of a degree. They do not provide any job opportunities. Working in aviation is full of headaches. There is no proper salary provided to the maintenance technicians across the globe. Do not believe the college’s claims of providing jobs.
Infrastructure: There is no separate hostel facility for the college. They provide accommodation in a private hostel nearby which is nearly 2 kms away from the college. There is no ground for playing any kind of sports. They usually conduct sports every 1 year alternatively. There is neither a Wi-Fi nor any canteen.
Faculty: The faculty is not that bad but self study is a must. The course does not make students ready for the industry. The passing percentage is 75%. College exams are conducted just for namesake. You need to clear DGCA exams if you want to become a qualified maintenance engineer. Different exams are to be cleared for different countries.

One of the best colleges with low fee structure.
Placements: Hai myself Aniesh, pursuing BBA in Aviation management in sha shib institution Bangalore. In my batch there are total 32 students and all are from different states So for BBA Aviation management you have to pay 250000 rs (Total for 3 years) and it can be reduced to rs 200000 also. So in total of 3 years cource they provide us 6 months internship and mostly 80-90 percent of students got internship. We get internship in different airlines, mostly on Akasha airline and star airlines. Top roles of BBA Aviation Management areAirline manager, Airport manager, Air ticketing, cabins crew, ground staff etc.
Infrastructure: Our college consists of library, computer lab, class room tables with two seats, Wi-Fi available, fire extinguisher on each floor. In our hostel each floors have cctv cameras and tv in dining area, daily rooms will be cleaned by hostel workers, Wi-Fi facility available etc.

One of the best AME colleges in India.
Placements: Most of the colleges providing this course give fake hopes about placements, but this college does not give fake assurances. They actually help a lot in the placement of students. As a result, you can see that most of the students who have completed their courses from this academy are placed in the top airlines (both domestic and international) and MROs worldwide.
Infrastructure: They provide excellent infrastructure with all necessary facilities like an Aircraft engine shop, Aircraft electrical shop, and an exclusive library with a great collection of books related to A.M.E. studies. There is a well-managed hanger with 2 aircrafts, on which students undergo some practical training.
Faculty: This is the best part of this college. They have a top-class faculty with wonderful teaching experience, even though most of them are from an airforce background. DGCA approves this college for B1.1 (Mechanical) and B2 (Avionics). Basically, A.M.E. is not a degree course, so in this college, they provide an opportunity to opt for either B.E. in Aeronautical (approved by VTU, Belgaum) or BBA in Aviation management along with A.M.E. so that students can even have a degree in their hand.
