I recommend this college for good placements and learning.

Placements: Almost 100% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 21 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 8 LPA. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Just Pay, TCS, Sake Technology, and So on. Almost 60% of students got internships from this course. Top roles offered are software developer, data scientist, and Java developer.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided are top-notch and include Wi-Fi of high speed. Labs are highly recommended. Classrooms are well furnished. We can find the library in a very updated state which includes journals. In the hostel, the food quality is good. We have 24/7 medical facilities. Grounds are used for sports.

Faculty: In this college, we have qualified faculty members. Teachers are very helpful in clearing the doubts. Their way of teaching is helpful for students to understand the topics very clearly. This course prepares students to be industry-ready. The semester exams are difficult. Almost 90% of the students would pass the exams.

Other: I chose this course because it is helpful for the future. The best thing about this course is we can learn the topics practically. In this college, they conduct various events like sports, dance, and others.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placements, management and their culture.

Placements: Regarding placements, in our batch in CSE, we had hardly 30% placements, including off campus, where students attended on their own. And compared to other branches, CSE is the least likely to get placed this time. Some companies blacklist Alva's, such as Jeugos Studios, Infosys, and Wipro. Most of them are placed in small-scale companies. Only 8 people got placed in the large-scale company from the CSE branch. Yes, regarding placements, I do not recommend students. It's better to join Sahyadri or MITE in Mangalore. Placement training will be given by charging 15000, which is of no use.

Infrastructure: Hostel wardens are good, and facilities such as gym, sports, etc. In any kind of emergency, 24-hour vans are available, but you must pay the amount. Never choose Alva's, even by mistake; you won't get placed, and most of the banners about placement you see are scams; not even 50% got placed.

Faculty: Experienced faculty members have already left the college for some reason. Faculty members of the Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry Departments are highly skilled and qualified. The rest, if the faculty members do nothing during class hours, just come, read PPT and share notes in the classroom. The student-faculty relationship is poor. Faculty members most of the time tried to detain students by not signing No Dues because management supported them, as if they resigned from their jobs, the college wouldn't have any faculty members. But it was not a good experience in college.

Other: Events, fests or any programme are not organized. You cannot have this in Alva's. It's been 4 years, and not even a single event has made us enjoy being on campus. We go to other college to enjoy college life events by paying. This time, seniors planned a freshers party but management cancelled it. If you want academics and enjoyment, never join this college. Everything is a scam. I advise you not to join Alva's. Pay the same fees to other colleges and get a good job with a good salary. Stay Happy.

Satisfied with the opportunity that I got here.

Placements: 95% of students placed – the highest 21 LPA, the lowest 3.7 LPA, average 6-7 LPA. Companies like INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, JUSPAY, TCS, COGNIZANT, and 30% from ISRU, Effigo, etc. (which I don’t remember) came for recruitment. Top roles offered in our course include SDE, backend engineer, data scientist, and more.

Infrastructure: College facilities are good. We have good Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms. Facilities in hostels are also good, but some days the food is good and some days it is not. Medical facilities are also good but a little expensive. You get outings only on Sundays, from 9 am to 2 pm.

Faculty: Some teachers are very good, and some are not. They know the concept but don't know how to deliver it. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Some teachers come just to complete the portion, not to deliver quality education.

Other: The best thing about my college is the programs that are conducted here, such as traditional cultural events like Virasat, Jamburi, Nodisiri, and more. You get lots of opportunities to learn.

Placements: Our senior batch students almost 80 percentage of students were placed the highest package was about 21LPA and the lowest was about 3.5 LPA Top companies like Accenture, cognizant, and also many other companies Job role offered is software developed backed developed .

Infrastructure: Yes college infrastis good and faciliare too good and also they provide companspecifoc training. Library also good there is digital library group discussion rooms etc. When comes to hostel yes hostel rooms and maintenance is also the best and mess food is also good.

Faculty: There is no difficult like exams if you study you can easily score good marks Almost all are qualified Ph.D. and course are good and they also involve some softskills which help students to get corporate knowledge and there will be aptitude period which helps us to crack company assessment.

Other: There are many fest organised in our college like famous nudisiri, cultural day, technical hackthons etc.

The college is good enough, excluding the placement scenario and the strict college rules.

Placements: In CSE, 20-30% of students get placed every year, and the average package is 3LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS and Stratecon. If you are hardworking, you can easily crack a good package off-campus. The college can improve in the upcoming years, and placements can also see improvement.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good; labs, classrooms, and the library have the best facilities. However, the Wi-Fi in the hostel sometimes has issues, especially on the 1st and 2nd floors. Regarding the mess, the quality of food is not worth it, but you can opt to eat outside at the canteen just in front of the hostel. Medical facilities are good, and the college supports various sports and games.

Faculty: The teachers are very nice, polite, and helpful, with good qualifications. The quality of teaching is excellent, as the college is more focused on academics. Passing internals is relatively easy, and if you score well in internals, the pressure of the semester is reduced.

Other: Computer Science engineering is a sought-after career, and that's why I chose it. I hope that in the coming years, the college placements improve. Events and fests are the highlights here. Every year, a cultural program is conducted at the national level, attracting many celebrities. Numerous scholarships are also available.
