Review of the APS college of engineering

Placements: On average, many engineering colleges in Bangalore have a placement rate between 70-90% for disciplines like Computer Science and Information Technology. The rate might be lower for core branches like Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

Aps College of Engineering Review.

Placements: Our batch is the 2021 batch, and we are currently in our final year of the CSE course. We have companies like IBM, Infosys, Qspiders, and J Spider scheduled for placements, along with additional internships arranged for students. Our seniors have secured placements at a rate of almost 60%, with the average package offered by visiting companies being around 4-5 LPA.

Our college campus is good.

Placements: Almost 20% of our batchmates got placed in our college. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Companies that are offering placements are TCS and Cognizant.

I am satisfied because of faculty members, campus and facilities.

Placements: Placements are good, but they can be considered average. Recruiting companies for our course are also good. Internships provided by the college are also good. Overall, placements are good. It is an average college.

College doesn't have that good placement activity, they only get training institutes for recruiting.

Placements: Tech Mahindra, 6D technologies and Sonata are the only good companies recruiting good number of candidates from our college, but that too through off campus drives and not on campus. Training institute will be more than companies and companies that come on campus hire candidates for BPO profile.

It has good infrastructure and also good campus.

Placements: Placements facilities are good. Most of our seniors got placed in companies. We have good placement cell also. It's very useful for the placing in companies. Even our batch students few of them are placed. One of my friend is placed in Infosys also.

Awesome infrastructure of the college.

Placements: Only few companies will come but most of them were tech support, but nice place to learn and explore, even management trying hard to get nice companies for campus placements. If you have 70+ then you might get chance to attend all the companies. Companies like tech mahindra, black n white etc. will come for campus placements.

Over all the college is good regarding placements but not satisfied with the quality teaching.

Placements: Placements in our college is quite good, they will provide pool campus that means many college students will gather and many companies will come to hire. For placements training will be given from first year only the placement training includes soft skills, aptitude, technical training, ao that students can easily carck the interviews.

I'm absolutely satisfied with my college as they have average infrastructure, faculty and teaching.

Placements: It was not up to the mark for our and our senior batch. Only 15% of students got placed even the most of them had eligibility. The companies like HP inc, HP enterprise and Tech Mahindra visit our campus every year. Most of the time technical consultancy what's the job offered. I don't think any of the people got your free internship from our college because we need to go to get our internship all by ourselves. We didn't get any stipend offer during the internship. It has a placement cell. Not mu...

Regarding the placements, infrastructure, faculty and environment of APS college of engineering.

Placements: Our college provides some good placements but not like any other college. Here it is not tough to get the placement as the college is not well recognised. But anyhow if you maintain a correct CGPA in every semester you well certainly get placed. Some good companies are going to visit our campus for the placements. Some of them are Microsoft, Dell, Himachal Pradesh, L&T, Bosch, Text mainstay and Infosys. The mass recruiting companies in our college are wearing shipping which is a good thing. But ...

I am absolutely satisfied with the faculty and the infrastructure.

Placements: The placements are very good. Some companies are visiting the college like Tech Mahindra, and we will be having pool campus interviews referred to our college, two per week. Our placement cell supports us well to make us achieve our dream jobs. They give placement training regularly.

Good campus with above average facilities and a good environment for the student to study

Placements: The campus placement is less compared to other colleges, but the placement officer Arun Kumar sir helps students by guiding us about placement and sharing pool campus informations. Placement training sessions are held for every semester and special training for final-year students will be there. From the college part, they are doing their best.

The college houses competitive cross-section of more than 300-400 students. There is a good mix of students from different parts of the country. Particularly, the institute’s Electrical Engineering and Computer Science departments are among the best in Bangalore. Students have a very healthy atmosphere to learn and interact here. Seniors are supportive and there is no kind of ragging done here. The placement cell at APSCE is average. The average package offered is around Rs. 3.25 lakhs p.a.

APS College of Engineering situated 26 kms from the city is well connected by a fleet of new buses which pick up the students from all major residential areas of the city. The campus is sprawled over 104 acres of land in the suburbs of Bangalore. One will experience a very peaceful campus, which is very good for the students. I have done my B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering. The ECE department was started in the Year 1997 with an intake of 60. The department boasts of the dedicate...

College is located far off from the city. Transportation: There is availability of paid college buses and BMTC buses. Availability of buses from Majestic is not frequent. Need to catch bus only from Market. On the way to college there are 5 engineering colleges, 2 or 3 diploma colleges and schools. So in the peak time buses will be very much crowded. Hostel There is no girls hostel or PG located near to the college. There are some available near KSIT college. Faculty: College has mix of e...

A good average college but little far from main city.

Placements: According to the data, college placement is more than 70 to 80%. But I am not sure about this because it may change every year as the strength of the batch changes. Every year there is a separate team called the "placement team" which usually guides students in their queries.

Placements: Around 40 percent of students were placed from our dept only. The salary packages basically starts from 15000 per month to 35000 and the average that anyone can get is 20000. Top companies like TCS, Infosys, Sonata, HCL, IBM and lot of startup companies recruit us.

Satisfied because the teaching quality is good.

Placements: It has placements but not much. Big companies do not visit here but students will get to visit some pool campus drives. 5-6 companies come every year. Last year, students got an average salary of about 18k per month.
