AIL LET 2025 Preparation - The Army Institute of Law (AIL) will tenatively conduct the AIL LET 2025 entrance exam in June 2025 in online mode for admissions to BA LLB courses. Candidates who appeared in the exam were required to prepare properly in advance to score well. In this article, candidates can check AIL LET 2025 preparation tips mentioning key details of question paper such as subjects, pattern, syllabus as well as, books recommended for each subject. 

AIL LET 2025 Preparation Plan

In order to prepare adequately for AIL LET 2025, candidates should plan in a way that they cover important aspects of the exam in a limited time. The strategy for AIL LET 2025 preparation could be as under: 

Preparation Time-table - Candidates should make a time-table for AIL LET 2025 preparation wherein sufficient time is allocated for all sections. Candidates can prepare better with  strategy as under: 

Week 1 and 2: Clarify all concepts from the syllabus of each subject. Gather correct material for AIL LET 2025 preparation. Understand the basics and to avoid any confusion about concepts, research the web thoroughly. 

Week 3 and 4: Practice questions for each subject separately. Make notes and list down topics that need to be prepared thoroughly.  

Week 5 and 6: Time to analyse the preparation level, and work on key test-taking skills i.e, speed, time-management and accuracy. 

Week 7 and 8: The last 15 days should be utilised only for revision of all the topics that have been prepared sufficiently. No need to start any new topic, leave it be to avoid last-minute confusions and hassles. 

Subject-wise preparation - Each subject of AIL LET 2025 is different, therefore, candidates should prepare accordingly. Below are some tips to prepare each section: 

Mental Ability - Candidates need to prepare mental ability and decision-making skills to conclude the answer easily in this section. Also, understand the logical statements and data by improving vocabulary and elementary mathematics. Practice questions to understand the patterns, series and analogies. 

General Knowledge & Current Affairs - Keep track of all latest events by watching news channels and even social media websites as well as, cover past one years events with the help of books. Practice mock papers around objective GK and current affairs or play quizzes. 

Law Aptitude - Candidates have to learn the common legal facts and principles of constitutional law, IPR, etc. as well as, current affairs and GK of the legal domain. 

General English - Candidates can ace this section only with good comprehension skills. Improve reading skills as well as, learn grammar fundamentals. Learn new word meanings and vocabulary every day. 

AIL LET 2025 Pattern and Syllabus

All candidates appearing for AIL LET 2025 should know the exam pattern well in advance so that they can prepare accordingly. Below are the key features of AIL LET 2025: 

Exam mode - AIL LET is an online mode exam wherein candidates have to take the exam on a Computer System and, attempt the question as they appear on the screen. 

Test medium - The question paper will be available in English language only. 

Exam duration - The exam will be of two hours duration. 

Type of questions - There will be objective-types of question i.e. questions with four options and only one of them is absolutely correct. 

Total questions - There will a total of 200 questions divided into four sections.

Total marks - There will be a total of 200 marks as each question carries one mark. 

Marking scheme - There will be no negative marking in case of wrong attempts.

The section will carry questions on topics of Law and judiciary, The constitution of India, Current and Important legal facts, Legal terms and Principles. 

General English

50 questions and marks 

The section will carry Reading Comprehension passages, Grammar, Synonyms, Antonyms, One-word substitution, Sentence completion, Spotting errors, Idioms and Phrases.
