AEC: A good college when it comes to placements.

Placements: The placements were good for the computer-related branches. Most of the CSE, IT, even our BCA students got placed in some high-rank organisations. The companies are namely TCS, Mindtree, E&Y, Cognizant etc. The roles which are offered are management trainees to software developers.

This college has good infrastructure and facilities. This college also provides good faculty team.

Placements: CSE students get maximum placements from this college. Every year nearly 80% students get placement. Many companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Wipro visit the college. They choose students according to merit and certificates. Average salary package is nearly around 6 LPA. Our college has a placement cell which tells the basic requirements needed for getting placed.

Satisfied because of good teaching quality and better placements than other colleges in WB.

Placements: The placement is very good. Very well renowned companies visit the campus like TCS, Wipro, MindTree, and Infosys. Also, the students get opportunities of off-campusing under the guidance of teachers. They are able to get good salary packages. The average salary package is 3.3 LPA, but a company offered 12 LPA to one of the students.

Satisfied with this college.

Placements: The placement of the college was good. At my time, there was overall 40% placement. The companies like TCS, MindTree, etc., visit our college. The maximum CTC that student gets from our college is 4 LPA. Even the student of our college got placed on Amazon. TCS is the mass hiring companies that visit every year.

In one line I can say that it is an average college with average placements, etc.

Placements: The placement is good, not excellent, especially for ECE department. In the last three years, many IT companies like Cognizant, MindTree, TCS, CGI, etc., recruit the students from this college, especially from the electronic and communication department. But the mass students are recruited by TCS. The average salary is approximately 3.30 lacs per annum.

An institute with good quality teachers, accommodation and infrastructure.

Placements: The accommodation of the college is too good. The faculty members are also awesome. The soft skill and programming skill are mandatory in the course. Overall, the placement is better than any other colleges of WB. The infrastructure is also good. Mainly software companies and some core companies are also coming to the college.

The place has a lot of potential for someone who can manage themselves.

Placements: The placements are good. You should be a performer to get placed. The primary recruiter is Tata Consultancy Services. The packages offered vary from 2.8 to 4.2 LPA. CS, ECE, IT is top in placements. ME, EE, CE has talented students, but the placements are very low. Never go into AEIE.

In West Bengal our college is reported and well constructed it is best for mechanical engineering

Placements: Placements in my college were not very good, but it was very good for software engineers not for core subjects. There are many companies come for placement, but they don't pick mass placement they pick only a few students. Maximum companies give very less salary

Good college, but packs in placement and packages offered by companies.

Placements: The placement and training cell is quite good, a lot of companies such as Intel to TCS comes for placement. But the reputed ones don't hire many students. Above 60% is the best placement percentage. Teachers help a lot to prepare you for the placement.

Asansol engineering college - a home of opportunities.

Placements: Overall the placements offered in AEC is good compared to the other private colleges in the state. If you belong to CSE, ECE or IT, then you have a very good opportunity of getting placed. In the core department like mechanical or civil, comparatively the placements are a little less. But if you are a good student, then you will get a good job from here, that is assured. Asansol Engineering College is the best college in the area.

Placements: The placement in all the IT related branches are good, but the placement in the core branches are not that much when compared to the IT trades. The companies like Microsoft, Persistence, Infosys, Amazon, TCS, Global Id, Intel, Tech Mahindra, Contingent, Capgemini, Mahindra do come here for the campus drive.

Technological advancement is needed at AEC

Placements: If we go to the last few years' statistics, the placement was good but this year, it is quite disappointing as only a few of our seniors have got placed. Of course, I would love to mention that some of our seniors have qualified GRE and one of our seniors has got placed in Intel.

AEC gives you good infrastructure, average placements and helpful faculty members

Placements: Actually, the placement depends on the cadet, not the college. AEC provides average placements. Average students get placed in companies such as TCS but this is not applicable for all the streams. In core branches, there is lack of placements. Placements happened but not in a good amount. So, it is good overall.

Good college but only for the non core branches, i.e., ECE, IT and CSE.

Placements: The placement of ECE, CASE, IT is good in this college. The main recruiter is TCS. Some other companies like MindTree, Capgemini visit our college, but it takes a few students. 60% to 70% students get placed in our college (only for ECE, CASE, IT). The electronics department and the communication department are the best in our college. The faculty are also good.

100% truth, Best choice in Asansol, Durgapur belt. All The Best.

Placements: My college offers an average of 50% placements for IT branch and 15-20% for core (i.e., civil and mechanical) branches. The placements had declined recently, and most of the companies offer pool campus recruitment for which you'll have to go to Kolkata. The maximum salary offered was 4.8 lakhs per annum, a minimum package offered was 1.2 lakhs per annum, and the average package was 2.6 lakh per annum. TCS is the main recruiter. Capgemini, Bosch, Johnson control, Simplex, Precast India Ltd, Amazo...

Review of Asansol Engineering College.

Placements: The placement of our college is good. There are many students who are placed in many companies. Many renowned companies like TCS, Wipro, Mindtree, Johnson, Amazon, etc are coming every year to take students from our college. The salary offered is being based on the company. They provide an average salary of 4 lacs per annum. There are many students going to take internships and also got a job there. I also will go for an internship if I get a chance.

Our college is average. If you are looking for a great college, don't come here.

Placements: Placements are offered by mainly IT companies in our college. Mechanical, electrical and civil don't have much hope. Mostly CSE and IT students get placements in TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. 2 years ago, most students got placed but this year, there were not many placements.

Rate of placing students is nowadays decreasing because of lack of quality students.

Placements: It is a pleasure to share knowledge about our college. From the batch which qualified in 2017, there are 125 students and 85 students out of these were placed. The average salary offered was about 3.2 lakhs. Our college is going on the right line. For our department, the percentage of placing students in different companies is better compared to other branches.

Absolutely satisfied with the infrastructure and teachers.

Placements: The placement in my college is quite good. 80% of the students were placed in our college, according to my knowledge. The seniors were almost satisfied and so was I. I don't know much about the highest and the lowest salary but the average is around Rs. 27000-32000 per month. Companies like TCS, IBM, Wipro, Capgemini, Cognizant and many more visited our college.

Good infrastructure with proper education. Friendly interaction between teachers and students.

Placements: The placement result of 2017 pass out batch is very unsatisfied. Near about 35% students out of 82 students from IT department were placed in some MNCs. Companies visited but did not hire as many as they did in the previous batch. All companies visited the Techno India Salt Lake campus. So it is very difficult to travel from Asansol to Kolkata all the time. Otherwise, the placement cell is very helpful and supportive.
