Satisfied with all the aspects. You have to take initiatives, but the college will not push you.

Placements: The placement opportunities were mostly offered in IT companies. TCS hired more than 150 students from our batch and our senior batch. More than 200 out of 300 students got placed across different streams. A few companies like TCS, Accenture, IBM, Mindtree, and L&T construction, etc., visit the campus for placements. The average salary package offered was around 3 LPA to 4 LPA. There is no placement cell, but we had a placement officer who took care of all the proceedings.

A college where you can enjoy life in all aspects.

Placements: When it comes to placements, AEC offers good placements to its students. Students get hired in renowned companies like TCS, CTS, Capgemini. Accenture, Wipro, Infosys, etc. every year. But you have to be capable and qualify the eligibility criteria.

I hope my juniors will have a good future.

Placements: I got placed in TCS, but it is unfortunate that the maximum of students from our branch didn't get placed. They are facing a lot of troubles to be stable in their life. The college must focus on the placement scenario and must motivate students to focus on competitive exams rather than placements.

A place to explore yourself along with others to achieve your dreams.

Placements: We have an average of 70% placements in our batch while the previous batch had 80%. Mostly IT sector companies like Mindtree, TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Intel and many more are visiting our college for placements. Salary package offered ranges between 2.40 to 10 lacs per annum. Students also get internships from the college. We do have our placement cell in college, and it provides all the necessary information for any campus drive.

Review of my college, Asansol engineering college.

Placements: Asansol engineering college has a good placement record for the branches like CSE, it, ECE. But in the case of mechanical, electrical, civil placement record is not good. Major recruiter is TCS, which a software company, & mainly takes student from CSE, it & ECE Dept. Also wipro, Infosys, takes student from our college.

Review of Asansol engineering college.

Placements: It has good placement for the IT sector. But not for the core branches. As core branches has to suffer from the non placed factor from campus placement. Even the core branch is being forced to be get placed in TCS. Some core companies but that also not that much famous and well known.

Asansol Engineering College: A good place to learn.

Placements: Not too bad but from last 2 years it has decreased. Companies like Tata Consultancy Services, IBM, Johnson, Ericsson, Mindtree, Tata Motors, ACC, etc. Come for mass recruitments. Placement for core branches is not too good. College also provides vocational training for students which help in placement.

Placements: Placements are really good in terms of B.Tech and the highest package in M.Tech depends on students. For the placements, the students need to maintain their CGPA above 6.0 and 60% in 10th and 12th also. Many companies visit here like TCS, Mindtree, Mahindra, CTS.

Placements: The placement of the previous year was average and not as expected. TCS is the mass recruiter here with package of 3.4 LPA. Companies like Mindtree, Bosch, BAIJU'S, Wipro, Accenture etc. visit our campus. Overall if you are hard working, you will definitely get a job. Placement cell is good and they are very helpful. If you are planning to clear GATE then Kolkata might be a better option for you keeping in mind the coaching institutes available in Kolkata.
