It is an average college. The placements in our college are average, but not up to the mark.

Placements: The placements in our college are average, but not good. This year, very few companies came for the placements. Almost 50% of the students got placed in the campus placements. Many companies like TCS, Mindtree, TVS, etc., came to the college for placements.

Dissatisfied with hostel and fests but good for gaining knowledge.

Placements: Many placements are done since last 10 years. Many companies too visited for placements and have taken a large number of students from college from every department. Some companies just come and does not take any students and just go away. Placements in AEC have increased from 2000 to 2017 a lot (approximately 55%). .

The college is definitely a good choice for engineering with high ROI.

Placements: Fair placement is offered here. TCS is the mass recruiter of this college. But, other IT companies like Mindtree, Emphasis, etc., also recruits the students from here. Core companies like Supreme, GREedge, Eldyne, DD Group, etc., also recruit the students. The salary package varies from 2.8 LPA to 4 LPA.

Placements: Placement is good. Our mass recruiter is TCS. It takes about 70-75 students from computer Science. Other companies likw ipro johnson and many other companies recruit from CS. And after CS the best department is ECE. It's campusing is also good. And the mass recruiter is same.

Our college is good on the basis of infrastructural and faculty members.

Placements: In my branch I. e in ECE placement is pretty good but its not same for all branches. Basically placement is average in our college, if you are capable of getting job then you would definitely get it. TCS is the major recruitment company in our college and we all supposed to get job in it. Some core companies also come in our college to take the students of core branches. But you must do hard to get placed otherwise there is huge crowd of competitors following you. If I talk about only of my bran...

Absolutely satisfied with college faculty, infrastructure, facilities and placement records.

Placements: This year, there was an average placement. Around 40% students got placed in various companies TCS, Wipro, Mahindra, CGI, Johnson & Johnson etc. Most of them were placed in TCS. Placement record of the core branches were below average. Among the core branches Electrical was better than the others whereas Mechanical was the worst. All the placements in our college are done through a placement cell. The average package this year was around 3.5 Lacs.

Good option for UG courses.

Placements: Basically there is no paid internship given to any student but approximately 30-40% students get placed in IT companies like TCS which is also a mass recruiter in this college. Currently the highest package has been offered via off campusing. Meritorious students got opportunities from other core companies. Wipro, Johnson and Johnson etc. Are the famous companies which hires quite good amount of students from here.

Overall, my college is good not best. You can assume it as average.

Placements: The placements were average in our college, and as I remember, TCS was the first company which has come for campus placement in our college, and this company recruited 50% of the total students. And then Mindtree has visited the college and hired 10% of the entire students. After that, no major companies have come for placements. In total, maybe 5% of the students got placed in other minor companies. As per my knowledge, 65% of the students got placed during my tenure.

Asansol Engineering College is a good place if you want to achieve your goals.

Placements: The placements were good for CSE and ECE departments, but for other departments, they were moderate. Also, for core branches, the placement is average. But, if we consider the whole scenario, placements are good. TCS is the most popular company that comes to campus. Mindtree, Wipro, etc., also come to recruit the students.

Placements: On an average our college students have been selected in several companies. On an average there is near about 70% campassing for all the streams as a whole. Moreover the teachers are very helpful as our guides. The workshop hours are very helpful to us as well for our future experiences.

Placements: The placement is good for CSE, ECE and IT branches. Many companies came for recruitment. Approximately, 60% of the students get placed. TCS is the mass recruiter. The highest package is 5 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. The placement cell is there which provides good companies to come to the college.

The placements and infrastructure of the college are good.

Placements: There are around 80-85% on-campus placements in MNC's like TCS and MindTree. A good track record for last several years. Core branches like civil and mechanical however lack placement. They are not only nurturing your technical skills but at the same time helping to develop personalities as well.

Study hard in Asansol engineering college, as grasping opportunities depend upon you.

Placements: A good college for those who are aiming to get placed in software companies. If you are from the hardcore mechanical or any other core branch, then you really need to step into the fight called "pool campusing". You get many opportunities to get jobs offering you a package between 1- 5 LPA from the core, software and as well as the finance companies.

Good college is unable to get into NIITS.

Placements: At the time the placements were good but not so high. From CS and IT department, almost 75 percent placements had happened. There were very less companies that had come for the mechanical engineering department. Almost all placements happened in ECE, CS and IT. The company like TCS had taken maximum recruitment. Other companies like Mindtree, Accenture, MPHASIS had also come.

This is a good college, faculty are also good, good placement in 2016, but in 2017, it is not good.

Placements: The placements of our senior batch are not too good. Only 25 students out of 115 were placed. Approximately, 21% of students were placed. The highest salary offered by them Rs. 3,00,000 per annum, the lowest Rs. 2,50,000 per annum and the average was approximately Rs. 2,70,000 per annum. TCS, Wipro, and two another companies visited the campus. About 60% of the students got the internship from the college. Here, there is a placement cell.
