Good levels of physical fitness is essential as the culinary program involves long hours of standing and working in the kitchen and farm. Simple knowledge of cooking and knife skills are preferred, but not mandatory. English language proficiency: Good command of the English language is preferred for better understanding of the course material and communication in the kitchen.
