Placements: Assam Engineering College is the best engineering college in Assam. It has the highest placement rate among all the state engineering colleges in Assam. In 2022, the highest salary package offered was 18 lakhs per annum.

Placements: Almost 70% of my batchmates were selected in companies with decent annual packages, and most of them are happy with the packages they secured. The highest package was 6.4 lakhs per annum and the lowest package was 2 lakhs per annum. Whereas the average package was 3.2 lakhs per annum.

Placements: 80% were placed in our college . Highest package is 24 LPA, which is offered by PSU NRL (Numaligarh Refinery Limited) . The lowest is 3-4 LPA by mass recruitment companies. Top recruiters are TVS Motors, NRL, APDCL, mass recruitment - Cognizant, Vedanta. Every student gets an internship after our semester exams , but it is only for experience , not a paid internship.

Placements: About 50 percent students get placed every year. The highest package offered was about 24 LPA and the lowest was about 5 LPA. Companies like BARC, NRL, BHEL, etc. visit here. Internship opportunities are provided under AICTE. Course related internships are also provided.

Placements: 21.4% of students were placed in electrical engineering. The highest package is INR 24 lac/annum, and the lowest is INR 20k/month. The average package is INR 40k per month. Placements: There are 52 students in our department. Around 43 students are placed out of 52 students. The highest salary package offered is around 21 LPA by PSU, and the lowest salary package offered is around 2 LPA by IT companies.

Placements: The placement drive for our batch has not started yet as we're still in our 6th semester. The placement drive in our college will initiate from our 7th semester that is from my next semester. Overall, the placement in our institute is very good and our senior batch in electronics and telecommunication engineering has the highest placement percentage. Placements: Placement scenario is average. Salary ranging from 1.8 Lacs per annum to 5/6 Lacs per annum can be expected if your average grade is above 65%. If you're from Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical then the highest package every year goes up to 17 Lacs per annum.

Placements: Being one of the oldest colleges in the entire Northeast region of India, the placements of this college are commendable.
