Candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Maths & Chemistry/ Biotech./ Biology/ Tech. Voc. subject/ Comp. Sc./ IT/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business studies as optional subjects with the above-mentioned aggregate percentage (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates (except Creamy layer) candidates belonging to Madhya Pradesh) in subjects taken together.
Candidates passed 10+2 with grading system, must have grades equi. to mentioned aggregate %.
Candidates who had passed 10+2 with grace marks in any subject can also apply provided they have scored mentioned aggregate % excluding grace marks.
Result awaited student are also eligible on provisional basis.

Good faculty and extra curriculum activities.
Placements: Placement was good, mostly student selected in many companies approximate 60-70 % student selected and our senior batch placement was also good but percentage of placement is poor. The highest salery is 12000 and the lowest is 8000, companies like Atharva foundries Pvt ltd, windals group etc. Are visited for mechanical engineering. The roll of the engineers in this company is graduate engineer trainee.
Infrastructure: The college provides a maximum facilities like a Wi-Fi labs, individual computer labs for all departments and also a central lab which contains 250 computers. The big classrooms also a very good library which contain a lots of books for all departments, medical facilities are not in college campus, sports and games are organised by the college and every year state level tech fest is organised by company where lots of games are played.
Faculty: The faculty in this college is very good highly qualified teachers are available here like M tech, Ph.D. etc., the faculty is very helpful if we have any doubt we can easily understood by the faculty. The ratio of student and faculty is 1:60. the teaching quality is very good.
Other: College organise every year the state level tech fect where lot of students participating in various activities. The campus croud is approximately above 2500. college is near city, the surrounding of college is good. The scholarship facilities are available in college for OBC, SC, ST and minorities.

I think BTIRT is the best college of Sagar for engineering.
Placements: In my college, many companies came, and they selected many students. Last year Atharva foundry came and selected 6 students from the mechanical branch. This year 2 companies came and selected my 2 batch mates, but the package is not high. Approximately the minimum package was 1.8 LPA, and the maximum is 3.8 LPA.
Infrastructure: In BTIRT campus there is a big building. We have many facilities. The computer lab of BTIRT is the biggest lab. There is a big library. We have a workshop for practicals, but there is no medical facility it means there is no availability of medical facility in an emergency.
Faculty: I think they are the best teachers. The faculty of the mechanical department is famous. They provide some important knowledge about industries and our future. Some teachers work in industry before teaching. They give the information about company how to apply and how to select.
Other: BTIRT organised techfest every year. The student organises the whole programme.

Our college is not worth the money paid.
Placements: Around 20-30% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Ognibene is a top recruiting company. Students have not got internships from our college. Top roles are not offered to students. Our college provides fewer internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel is good. Wi-Fi is not available in our college. The quality of the food is average. Our campus is good. There is no hostel in our college. Our college does not provide many facilities. There is no laundry facility. Our college provides many sports opportunities.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. Our college arranges fewer industrial visits.
Other: Our college provides workshops. There are fewer opportunities to learn new things. Students get only a few chances to grow. The administration is not good. We have fee issues. Our college surroundings are good. It is surrounded by greenery. I want to pursue my career in the mechanical field, so I chose this course. Our college needs to update the syllabus content to improve the quality of education. Tech fests are good but do not have enough platforms to showcase the talent.

The college really needs to improve it's infrastructure and faculty systems .
Placements: 20%-30% of students were placed, the highest package was INR 10 lacs and the lowest was Rs. 1,44,000 average package is INR 1,80,000. Students rarely get internships in any company. All those who got internships were from the CS branch. There were very few companies that came by for placements.
Infrastructure: We don't have a Wi-Fi facility, labs are average, classrooms and libraries are okay with good furniture and Electrical facilities workshops need to be improved. There aren't enough machines for the students to operate or work on by themselves, the hostel is good but about the canteen, they have just opened it as a formality and the food quality is worse and mess food is good.
Faculty: Some teachers are good we can say, but some are not even close. They cannot speak or teach properly the faculty of the mechanical branch is good, but when talking about civil and other branches, they don't have enough faculty members and those who are teaching needs to get improved. As far as it may concern, the course curriculum was relevant, but it doesn't make students industry-ready because it focuses mainly on just remembering books and write in the exam they never talk about any practical knowledge.
Other: I like to study Mechanical Engineering and want to understand how a machine works. I always wanted to study about the physics behind all of it, I wish there were more and better equipment and machines in the workshop to let students gain more practical knowledge instead of focusing on filling sheets in the exam without having actual knowledge. Small events keep taking place in the college during engineer's day and there is a 3-day college fest during which various activities take place but when talking about campus it is in not a very good situation they need to improve the campus by increasing the area and with better infrastructure in the campus, the playground is also in a bad condition which needs to be improved.

It is a bad college in India.
Placements: Our college does not provide placements. It is a bad college, and I request you not to take admission in this institute. They speak to you till you did not get admitted to their institution, and after the admission, they are very rude in their behaviour.
Infrastructure: There are no facilities in this institute, and it is an awkward institute with no possibility of anything. The college is corrupted.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very rude. They are good until students do not get admitted here.
