Baruipur government Polytechnic: a government college for students.

Placements: 4% of students got placement from civil engineering courses. It is a government college so the package is average. During the pandemic, no company hired any students. Only 1% of students got internships in the chakra association. After completion of the course, a student can be a supervisor or junior engineer.

Infrastructure: Facilities are good in this college like there are smart classrooms enabled with Wi-Fi. The college infrastructure is also good, in labs, there are sufficient instruments for all students. Students can have their library card from day 1 that's helpful to anyone. The classrooms are big and clean. I give 4 stars because there is no hostel for students and the canteen is not good.

Faculty: All the teachers are very much helpful. Even non teaching staffs are also knowledgeable. All teachers are very much qualified and disciplined. This college is good for learning the core of civil engineering. Experienced teacher and staff will share their knowledge with every student that also makes students confident. Semester exams are tough at this college there are CCTV surveillance and teachers are very strict at exam time. Passing percentage as per government college rules like a student can qualify next semester if he or she gets 40% marks.
