Really good infrastructure and calm atmosphere for studies.
Placements: I got placed in campus placements and 28/34 students in my class as well from the college. Our campus placement is 80% and above, and we also have the opportunity to be placed in Indian armed forces through our campus. The top MNCs are coming to our campus for placements, like Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Ranbaxy, Sonalika, HMT, etc.
Infrastructure: Our campus has a canteen, internet lab, central library, Wi-Fi and computer labs. There are separate hostels for girls and boys as well, and there is mess facility in the hostel as well. The food quality is very good, and no ragging is there in our college. Our college is a safe place for students to grow.
Faculty: All the teachers are PhD in our college, and they are perfect. Our labs are also fabulous with good arrangements of everything, and good lab facilities are also there. All the experiments and projects are held in our college for student life growth and which is very grateful for one's life.
Other: Our college organizes national level technical, cultural, and sports festivals. We also participate in youth festivals, technical and sports festivals on the national level are held at other colleges and universities through our college.

The college is the good place to study, which has the amazing infrastructure and placements.
Placements: The placements are good, and is around 60-70% of the people getting placed every year. The college placement cell tries to bring as many companies as they can. The highest salary offered was 4.8 LPA, and the lowest being 1.8 LPA. As our college has tie-ups with the others colleges, so through that some were placed on Amazon and TCS. They were placed as GET and Developer. Swaraj Tractors too visited our college, and around 12 students got placed.
Infrastructure: Our college and the hostels are fully Wi-Fi enabled. The classrooms are good and are as per the student's requirements. The library is big, and they have all the sufficient books for almost all the students, and one can have them during the college hours. The medical facilities are good, and we have an MBBS Doctor there with 3 support staff. As being a college of Punjab, we are being given the full exposure to sports, and there are annual sports meets for the students going to the others colleges and events and winning the prizes. The quality of food is good initially, but gradually it lowers down. There are 6 hostels in which 4 for boys and 2 for girls. The hostel rooms are good. 30-sharing bedrooms for 1 and 2-year, and single rooms for 3-4 years students. As far as the college infrastructure is concerned, I was never in doubt and am proud of it.
Faculty: The faculty members are well-qualified, helpful, and they possess a good knowledge of their subjects. The teaching quality was good, and we were given the presentation, assignments, and the tutorial. We do get the industry exposure. They used to arrange an industry visit twice a year, and we have the industrial training required in the 2nd year for 2-months and 6-months in the final year. The course curriculum was as per the latest GATE syllabus, and every subject is required for the students.
Other: The college is in Gurdaspur district of Punjab and keeping in mind the remote location, and there are extra activities we do in our college. There are three events held annually, i.e. tech fest, cultural fest, and sports fest. We have around 22 societies for the cultural activities including NSS, NCC, ISTE. The campus crowd is mixed with the urban and rural areas, and the people from the other states like Himachal, Uttarakhand, U.P., Bihar, Jammu comes in the handy numbers. The scholarship is provided for SC/ST students of Punjab and if you are from the other state and your government is giving out the scholarship then the college help you to get that. The connectivity is good, and our college is on the main highway. Pathankot is around 30 km away, and a direct bus is available just outside the campus. A railway station is nearly 4 km away, i.e., Gurdaspur Railway Station.

Other: A college where one can surely pursue a classical chemical engineering, with good facilities only if you know how to grab things. A simple atmosphere to live in, wonderful campus, good labs. One can excel from this place but only if one actually wants to do it. If you are willing there will be a lot of brilliant minds to help you.
