It is an average college because fee charges are not much high.
Placements: Around 60% of CSE students got placed in top companies. The highest salary package offered is 14 LPA and the average salary package is 4 LPA to 7 LPA. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Technook, Wipro, and Mahindra visits our college for placements. Good training is provided by the institute to make students get placed.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is average. Classrooms are normal with projectors. There are three labs for our batch. Wi-Fi is not much good with a speed of 1 Gb for every student which is very less and it disconnects many times. Hostel infrastructure is average. The quality of food served in the mess is very cheap. Most of the students don't eat mess food. There are three canteens, one of them is open for hostel students till 1 AM. Medical center is available on campus. Sports and games are the most important things on campus.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good, professionals, and educated with good degrees. Teaching quality is average. Teachers help students a lot to pass easily in exams but university exams are very hard. Around 50% of students pass semester exams and most of them fail in one or two subjects.
Other: Events are not organised on our campus. Connectivity is good as buses are easily available to Delhi, Chandigarh, Jammu, and Himachal pradesh.

Review of Rayat-Bahra Institute.
Placements: Few companies visit during placement drive. You have to compete with other students of RBU Mohali and BU Shimla. So the competition is tough for placements. The highest salary package is 12 LPA for CSE students and the average salary package is 3 LPA for CSE and IT students.
Infrastructure: College management is not good. Wi-Fi is available but it's limited to 1GB per day and there is no proper network connection in some classrooms. Central mess food is average. Students in the hostel live with unity and love. There is no senior junior in the hostel. Hostel infrastructure is good. There are 2 canteens and one juice corner which operate only during college timings. Sports activities like volleyball, football, cricket, badminton, table tennis, etc., are provided.
Faculty: Professors are helpful in students studies. Some of them are Ph.D. holders and some have master's degrees and are inexperienced in teaching. The syllabus is according to PTU which makes your basics very strong. Semester exams are not very tough if you study properly. Around 55% of students get passed on an average in offline mode.
Other: Tech fest is organised once a year in the department with a very low level. There are few activities. Campus is not too crowded. College bus services are available. Campus is surrounded by greenery. Scholarships are available for very few category students.

The college is much better.
Placements: In our computer science batch, there are many students, but the percentage of placements of the college is average. Many companies visit our college and provide jobs to students, and the placement level is average. The internship percentage is good, and our college provides many offers to students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good, and the nature of college is better. There are big playground, Wi-Fi connection and 4 computer labs in our college. Sports are good. Mess facilities are good, but the food quality is average.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are highly educated, and they come to college on time and advice students very well. They perform their duty very well, and they made students ready for any interview level and industry level so that they will easily get a job.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like computers since my childhood, and I wanted to know everything about computers. This course helped me very much to know everything about computers. In our college, many events are conducted, and students got prizes and scholarship also.

Placements: There are the best placements in our college for mechanical and CSE students. The lowest salary package offered varies from 3 LAP to 4 LPA to 6 LPA. Students who passed in all semester are allowed to attend placements. Amazon and Sonalika are very top companies which visit our college for placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is good in our library, but all sports facilities are not provided for students. The hostel has the best rooms, and good facilities are provided by our college. They provide a gym. Security guards are provided for security in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are the best in our college. All the teachers provide 100% for us, and they generally provide practical knowledge for students. For practicals, different teachers are provided by our college. All the teachers have very good behaviour for students.

This college has good faculty members and facilities.
Placements: Our college provides various types of training for placements. Nearly 60% of the students get placed in well-reputed companies every year. Companies like Cognizant, Wipro, Capgemini, etc., visit our campus for placements. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered was 3.25 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is very good, and lab facilities are also good. There is a Wi-Fi facility throughout the campus, and the classrooms are well -maintained. The library is well-equipped with books of all subjects. The hostel provides a home-like feeling. The quality of the food offered in both the canteen and mess is good. Sports facilities are available here like cricket, volleyball and many more. Our college also has a huge ground for playing, and there is also a medical facility on the campus. Food shops, juice shops and stationery shops are also available on the campus.
Faculty: Faculty members here are really talented, supportive, motivating and friendly. They motivate the students when they fall down. Sometimes teachers use projectors to teach as per requirement, and they prepare their slides and teach students. The course curriculum is well -designed. We came to know our curriculum before the beginning of the semester, which is quite helpful.
Other: I chose B.Tech (IT) because I was a bit curious to know how Apps, websites are designed and how they work. Our college organises cultural programmes, start night, tech fest, sports meet, etc., every year. Rayat-Bahra also offers various scholarships like fatherless, brother-sister, single girl child, etc.
