Overall, it is an average government college.
Placements: Very few students got placed that too in BPOs. The college took us to LPU only once, and rest of the time, the placement officer wasn't helpful. They should start giving guidance from the second year itself. I think more students will be placed in good companies.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi on campus. The labs have outdated software like turbo, C+ etc. I am sure now, even after six years of passing out, they will be using the same things in the labs. There is absolutely zero practical knowledge provided by teachers to us.
Faculty: Our faculty, Mr Mohit Marwaha, tries to keep students up to date about the real world. The rest of the teachers never even come to the class. Even if they do, their method of teaching would be worse.

This college is only for time pass and waste of your parents money.
Placements: In this college, no company come, and if come then that company is like call centres or some non-technical work. In this college, the main focus is given to the theory assignments. There is no focus given to practices. Everyone says that they come for the placements, but at the time of placements they do not come.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. Some labs are good and some not. Sports and games held on every semester. The campus is Wi-Fi area which is a good thing. The food available in the canteen is good at reasonable rates. The hostel rooms are too bad. Also, the college and hostel toilets are too bad.
Faculty: Only a few teachers are good and highly qualified, and rest of all are not so. The teachers use bookish way to teach students. They did not get any industry exposure, and the course curriculum is not useful. One important thing is that although it is government college, its semester fees are too high.
Other: The college gives scholarship to the eligible students.

It is a good and one of the most popular colleges in Punjab in all aspects.
Placements: Around 60% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA. Some of the toppers were my friend, and they discussed that the lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA and most them accepted the jobs. Top recruiting companies were RV Industries DigitoLogics. About 2-3 students got placed in RV Industries. Top roles offered were chief executive and HR.
Infrastructure: Our college provided a good and pleasant infrastructure. We had different labs and unlimited Wi-Fi. Our canteen was very efficient and clean. Our grounds were divided according to different games. Moreover, about 50 students of our batch played at national representing our college as many competitions are held in our college. Faculty (
Faculty: All staff members were very polite and patient. They were very cooperative and friendly to talk. The study was quite difficult. If students attend all the classes as per schedule, they can easily pass and even get top. The pass percentage in the written exam was 40%. We used to complete all assignments.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. Even. I am a gadget enthusiast so I love learning about technology. Our college should provide fewer assignments. Baisakhi Festival was my favorite event.
