I am not satisfied with our college for the culture, and there are many restrictions here.

Faculty: Our college has good faculty members. Most of the faculty members are extremely supportive and have more than 10 years of experience. Faculty members have obtained their higher education from eminent institutes like IIT and NIT. Faculty members help the students to complete the course curriculum smoothly.

I would recommend joining this college if you want the CSE branch.

Faculty: It has the best faculty members with wide teaching experience. Most of the faculty members are either master's degree holders or doctorates in their respective subjects. The facility members impart rich knowledge and experience.

It's pretty much good if you talk about a cheap college. But I would not recommend it for any one.

Faculty: Faculty members are good but not consistent. They some times call faculty members from their another branch which is more prosperous than this one. So if you choose, choose that another branch which is BCET. Semester exams are carried out by the guidelines of MAKAUT so it's pretty same for any other college.

The college infrastructure is really very good, and the placements are average.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members are very good, supportive and helpful. They are highly qualified and have very good knowledge in their specific domain. Teaching quality is good, and they provide a better learning environment. The course curriculum is very well structured, and we get a deep understanding of the industry.

It is a below-average college. I suggest you not to take admission here if you are from West Bengal.

Faculty: The course curriculum is decided by MAKAUT. There are limited teachers. Most of them are helpful, but they are not experienced and skilled. Some good faculty members have resigned from our college in 2020. The teaching quality is not satisfying here, but teachers conduct every class. Overall, faculty members and course are average here.

It's good if you want to pursue engineering but better options are still available.

Faculty: Coming for faculty point of view, MAKAUT syllabus is highly outdated and even professors are not upto mark. They still use old teaching methodology for teaching students and do not focus on advancement with technology. You have to get marks on the basis of how much you study. You can't be dependent on college study for placements.

This college is good. They support the students.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. They support all the students and know how to interact with student. Teaches are well qualified. They clear our doubt as per our need. If a student is facing some problem in studies they take extra classes to cover it They are good.

It is not a good college to do engineering.

Faculty: Very few faculty members in our college were good and helpful. But most of them didn't bother about students. The course curriculum was relevant, but they need to focus on the development of the student.

The best private college in Durgapur, West Bengal.

Faculty: We have best faculty members in our college as they are very much frank and helpful to us. Talking about course curriculum, it follows WBUT/MAKAUT syllabus. We can say that our syllabus is also good, enough to empower us with some knowledge in the engineering field.

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful and co-operative. They are well-behaved and student-friendly. The course is very student-friendly. No industrial experience is provided by the college. The ratio between student and faculty is 20:1. The faculty members are non-interactive. Less number of faculty have a good command of English and they work hard to make everyone one understand.

Good placement, infrastructure and faculty.

Faculty: We've got a lot of faculty members on our campus for every subject, and they help a lot and treat you as their friend, and that's the reason the students can face the faculty without hesitation. They are well qualified and knowledgeable as well. All of them give their best, and I think you can't force any student to study if they are not willing to.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of worst faculty and their teaching methods and worse placements.

Faculty: The faculty are inexperienced and naive. And no such grooming is done to the students as promised by them. The quality of teaching is also poor. Especially, the ECE department has the worst kind of teachers, and their HOD is also not worth it. If one would like to take admission in my college, don't go for ECE, you will learn nothing. There is no practical knowledge given to the students. Teachers just give some notes. No innovative techniques are used. We were never given the industrial exposur...

Not satisfied with the placement and faculty.

Faculty: The course curriculum was not related to the real scenarios. The teaching standard of only some teachers was appropriate, who were later removed from the college. The ratio of students to teacher was 40:1. The teaching methods were the same as in the schools, nothing different.

The college is good but many things are still to be improved.

Faculty: According to me, the faculty members are good. They are knowledgeable and qualified but they are not much helpful. Most of the teachers are Bengalis, and for non-Bengalis, it can become somewhat difficult to understand the language if something is explained in Bengali.

Good college in Durgapur as compared to others with all the proper facilities provided.

Faculty: The faculty members are helpful, cooperative and understanding. They are always ready to help the students, not only in the class but during the off-hours also. The teachers always make sure that the syllabus is finished on time, take tests, and clear the doubts of every student. Teachers are very supportive and always encourage the student. Teachers motivate the student to do new stuff and come up with innovative ideas. The course curriculum is useful but the teachers also provide extra knowle...
