Dissatisfied with the placement cell on the campus.

Placements: The placements are good for computer science and IT branch students, but not good for electronics and mechanical. You'll be getting a lot of pool campus interviews, but it is not a good offer. The placements and salary packages offered for computer and IT are good. Till now, in the last year, only two companies for electronics visited the campus. There is a placement cell, but mostly, they emphasis on the CSE and IT department.

Terrible Experience till now in college.

Placements: I have no clue about placements because of less interaction with seniors. But according to me, the placements are average in our college. Good companies come every year, but I can't remember the names right now. Also heard that faculty head of our college is not so helping.

Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Navi Mumbai.

Placements: I would say that the placement rate of the college is not the best. But some companies do visit the campus for the recruitment process. I am in the third year of my engineering. The seniors of my batch who did not opt for the on-campus placements got better jobs than those who did. So if you take an admission in this college don't be in the illusion that you will get the best job. But the salary package offered is around Rs. 3 lakhs per annum for the starters.

Dissatisfied with the principal and his rules

Placements: Placements are good. It depends on how you give the interview and your skills. Some big IT companies come to the campus placement but it's the gameplay between you and your destiny. Teachers try to get you ready for placement by conducting workshops and guiding you through the entire process.

It is an average college with average placements.

Placements: Placements in BVCOE are low to mediocre because most of the companies coming to BVCOE for electronics and telecommunications are for information technology and computer science, which makes the competition tough and results into no core-companies.

Overall it is a good campus.

Placements: Placement about my college 30% to 50% students are placed every year. Out of those students, some reject the job and go for higher studies and remaining are accept the job. Those who have not been placed they are joining coaching for practical as well as higher experience of learning.

Satisfied college with good facilities, a good faculty and nice atmosphere to learn.

Placements: The placements for my batch was not as it was expected to be. Few students got placed in the sector they wanted to be in. In some of the sectors due to the recession, the company was not ready to recruit new students as for them maintaining old staff was an issue. Some companies which came to the campus was irrelevant to the course. Major companies which considered the college preferred pool campus recruitment. Some major companies did occur like reliance etc. The maximum salary was 5.5 lakhs pa...
