Placements: Placements in the college were average for our batch. It was better than ours for our senior batch. Around 60% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 11 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. Companies like EY, ZS, Opera Solutions, Nagarro, ThoughtWorks, Sapient, etc., visited our campus for placements. Most of the companies offered technical and consulting roles. Less than 5% of students got internships from...
Placements: Some good companies visit the campus but the ECE oriented companies are less as is the case in other colleges. The average package is 3.5 Lacs per annum while the highest went to around 10 Lacs per annum this year. I believe the package depends solely on the performance of the student.
Placements: Placements are pretty decent here, most of the students get placed especially for CSE and IT streams and maybe a little less for lower streams. Av package of all streams is around 3-5 LPA, while it is more for CSE stream. The highest package ranges from 10-15 LPA for different years. Companies like EY, aricent, TCS, opera sol. , Sapient, etc. visit the campus regularly. For internships, only Microsoft comes which only gives internship to 2-3 students, rest students take internship on their own.
Placements: Overall, the college offers good support for placements. Students got placed in different domains. The placement rate of the IT and CS departments were the best, However, the placements of other departments weren't far behind. The only branch that is lagging in placements was instrumentation. A lot of well-reputed companies like Microsoft, PayU, ZS Associates, Snapdeal, and EY, etc., hired students from our college.
Placements: Placements for our as well for our senior batch were pretty good. Most of the students who are eligible and applied for placements got the jobs. The highest salary package offered was around 12 LPA. The average salary package offered was around 4 LPA. Many companies like Amazon, ZS, etc., visited the campus for placements. Most of them have offered roles of support only.
Placements: The placement percentage of our college ranges from 80 to 90%. The placement team is very helpful and prepares the students well for the placement season. It was previously headed by Prof. Basu, who knows how the placements should be in a good engineering college. The highest package was offered by Zimply, i.e., around 10 LPA. The average package offered was around 3.5 LPA. Internships are not handled by the placement cell, and we have to find it our own. A few opportunities are given to student...
Placements: The college is good. The location of the college is really good, and the vicinity has a lot of things to offer. Placements in our college are average. Not even 50% of students of our batch got placed. The placement drives were conducted, but there were only a few companies that visited for our branch. Most of the CS and IT students got placed from the college, but the electronics students did lack coding skills.
Placements: Placements in our college are not much good. Some good companies used to visit our college, and some students were able to bag good packages, but the placements are still not that up to the mark. The average package offered is up to 4 LPA only. Most of the students are recruited by mass recruiting companies. About 75% of the students got placed from college.
Placements: Placements in our college are very good compared to other colleges of the same tier. Our college invites some great companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc., to provide placements to students. About 85% of placements were achieved the previous year. The highest salary package offered was 20 LPA, the average salary package went up to 7.50 LPA, and the lowest package offered was 3.50 LPA by mass recruiters like TCS.
Placements: We heard from our seniors that the placements are good. About 70% of the students got placed. You have to be good to get placed. Not everyone can get the job. Top companies like Google and Microsoft do not visit the college, but around 30-40 companies like TCS, Adobe, etc., offer placements.
Placements: Placements are good because of the brand name of the college and the alumni who are working in reputed firms. Companies like Nagarro, Oracle, TCS, and EY, etc., visit the campus for placements. They offer roles like software engineer, testing engineer, consultant and other similar profiles. Generally, companies do not visit the campus to recruit students for internships, but the placement rate is 100% during final placements. The placement cell is not that good, and it is mostly teacher driven.
Placements: The placement cell on this campus is neither good nor bad. Mostly IT related companies visit the campus for placements. About 50-60% of the students get placed in companies. Roles of software developer are offered.
Placements: Placements in the college were relatively good when compared to other IP University colleges. Companies like EY, ZS Associates, also visited the campus and offered good roles. Apart from that, various IT companies like TCS, Aricent, Lurgi, Nagarro, visited the campus for placements. The best part is that you have an option of attending the placement drives of companies offering non-technical roles, and if you want to pursue MBA after B.Tech, then the work experience in these companies certainly ...
Placements: The placement cell of our college is the best compared to all other IPU colleges. All you need to do is join in different societies, be it technical or non-technical, and develop yourself to achieve the best placements. All types of companies visit our college, so you can get many opportunities.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. Many companies from both technical and non-technical sectors visit our college to offer placements. Companies like TCS Digital, Nagarro, ZS, EYI, Aricent, etc., recruit students from our college. The competition among students is tough. The highest salary package offered range from 12-15 LPA while the average salary package offered is 3.3 LPA. TCS Digital offers a salary package of 7 LPA, Nagarro offers a salary package of 6 LPA, EYI offers a salary package of...
Placements: Placements in the college are average as only IT/consulting firms visit the campus every year. Mass recruiters like TCS and Aricent visit the campus every year, so a majority of students get placed by the end of their course. There are no internships offered by companies through the college, so the college provides paid training after 2nd year. Students have to search for internships on their own after the 3rd year. The college has a placement cell, but it has not been able to lure core companie...
Placements: The placements in the college are above average. Every year, nearly 40 companies visit the college to hire the students. More than 80% of the students got placed in the college placements. Famous companies like Adobe and Amazon visit the college for recruitment. If you take admission in our college and you are from CSE or IT branch, you have a good chance of getting placements.
Placements: One of the best in IPU while I was there. Now it has changed a bit owing to second shift. For IT/COMP it has very good opportunities. Core not that great. Placement cell is great with focus on placements but mainly in IT. Placement focused course.
Placements: The placement was not good in my batch and senior batch. Comparatively our juniors got more opportunity than us to try their luck in companies. Around 70% students were placed. The highest salary was 20L and the lowest was 2.5L. Companies like Thoughworks, global logics, EY, TCS, ZS associates, etc.
Placements: There are various options available for all the departments and a separate placement and training cell is also there which looks after all the placements. The average package is around 4 lacs. The campus cell also arranges many internship opportunities as well.
