This college is very good for studies and also for extra-curricular activities .
Placements: There is a criteria for placement; students shouldn't have backlogs in their first year. The average package on campus is upto 5 to 6 LPA. The top companies are Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc. For internships, almost every student can intern in any company; it totally depends on that student.
Infrastructure: The CSE department’s infrastructure is very good. There are projectors available in classrooms, Wi-Fi is also available, and there is a central library for every student. The quality of the hostel is average because in some rooms of the first year, there is a common washroom facility, and in some rooms, there is a personal washroom. The food quality in the mess is very good in our hostel. There is a canteen inside the campus.
Faculty: Yes, the faculty members are very highly educated, and they are very helpful. Their teaching quality is just insane. They find different ways to teach the students. Some semester exams are very difficult, and some exams are easy. The pass percentage of semester exams is above 70% to 80% .
Other: I chose this course because this course is ruling everywhere. In college, there is a fest held in March or April month, and the name of the fest is Ojus. The crowd at college is very good. The campus is an eco-friendly campus.

BIT Durg - an autonomous college of CG .
Placements: Poor placement for branches other than computer science and information technology. The average package for other branches is about 3–4 lacs, while for the CS/IT branches, it is 5–6 lacs, and the highest package was about 11 lacs last year from the IT branch.
Infrastructure: Since BIT Durg is an old state college, the infrastructure is very old and rusty. The labs are well maintained and the sports complexes are decent. The cleanliness and maintenance of the college are decent, but they cannot be compared to the high-level campuses of private colleges.
Faculty: It provides a curriculum of 8 semesters for B.Tech students with regular attendance and strict faculty, and the syllabus is set in such a way that each semester has 5 subjects with 5 chapters each, which are covered in 6 months of time. The classes are held regularly, though.
Other: Yes, rarely fests are conducted, but there are very few curricular activities and social programs .

Placement Scenerio is not good, Very dissatisfied because of some faculty.
Placements: Around 80% of students were placed this year, with the majority coming from the computer Science, IT and Electronics and Telecommunication department. The highest package offered was 17 Lacs (Google) while the lowest was 2.4 Lacs. Top recruiting companies included Capgemini, L & T, Cognizant, Wipro, IBM, Accenture, HDFC Bank and others. Most students secured positions in Software Development roles (SDE) and marketing positions.
Infrastructure: The college is being admired for its great infrastructure, gigantic buildings and cleanliness. Almost all the computer labs are provisioned with new computers and A/C. High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all the departments and library. Classrooms are very spacious and also has stage for professors. Hostel facilities are also great. First year students are allotted triple occupancy rooms. Later on, from second year they choose double occupancy rooms. Most of hostellers are quite satisfied with the mess food. There are plenty of food options in college canteen. College has a great sports complex which includes Football ground, Basket-ball court, Volleyball court and Cricket Ground. One indoor badminton court and table tennis is also available.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are very experienced but not all. Some teachers have excellent teaching skills but some teachers take lectures only for formality. College has very strict rules in terms of attendance, in fact, students with less than 50% attendance are not allowed to appear in internal exams. Students get total 10 assignments throughout the semester. Since this college is autonomous, End semester exams are not that difficult, one can clear all exams very easily. Practically, the course curriculum is not very relevant as per the industry needs. Students are dependent on their own for their career. One has to manage time along with college studies in order to learn skills or to prepare for any competitive exams. One has to get at least 35 marks out of 100 in order to pass in end semester exams. But students in college are really very smart. I have come across some super talented and intelligent students in our college, which makes the surrounding a great opportunity for growth.
Other: Ojas is one of the most popular techno-cultural fest of Chhattisgarh. There are lot of opportunities for learning, college has multiple clubs and societies - Alankaar (Music and singing club), Bol club (Dramatics), Clicks club, Astro club and GDSC are very popular. Tedx event is held annually. I chose computer Science engineering as I was interested in data Science and machines learning. Best thing about this course is that it all the core subjects of computer Science which clear the fundamentals of this subject.

I would rate this college a 4.5 out of 5.
Placements: best part of college is the placement opportunity if u are looking for a college for placement opportunities, this is the best option. I think the average package for a mechanical engineer is around 400000 LPA and the highest is around 20 LPA. My college first offers an internship, then accepts confirmation of placement.
Infrastructure: Coming to college life, I enjoyed being together through sports and cultural activities. Every year, the college conducts a sports farewell and that was the best part of being active in college with sports activities. This year, my college fest, Ojas, was organized as part of the February 2024 cultural programme.
Faculty: The course was a little fascinating. I am proud of my college because, even for CSE-department students, it does provide an opportunity to work in its industry, and they encourage us to opt in for it. My college is autonomous, and my college exam is thought to be a CSTVU university exam.
Other: I liked my college. This college's most popular features are the best canteen and the sports complex. I believe that campus life is beautiful and enjoyable.

A review of BIT Durg by Prateek.
Placements: The placement here is not very good. The average package is 4 LPA. And the highest package is 10 LPA. Students also got internship at MNC. One student got an internship at Google for a 1.5 lakh stipend per month. Students are more motivated for higher studies than placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is old but livable. The hostel is old but gets cleaned regularly. Hostels are well equipped with Wi-Fi. But it has so many technical glitches and does not work properly. The hostel rooms are spacious but not so good. Toilets are cleaned weekly. The labs are good but can be better.
Faculty: The faculty members are well educated and postgraduate. But they stress students more towards theoretical academics than practical academics. All courses here are NBA-certified, and the college itself is NAAC ''A'-certified. Courses have good syllabus according to current trends but are hectic for students.
Other: The biggest event here is OJAS. It's a technical event and the biggest in Chhattisgarh.

Hello dear, Sorry, but my answer is no. 37 percentile means about 6 lakh rank in JEE Mains. For getting admission in NITs or government colleges you have to be in top 5 percentilers, even you have the state quota of 50%. So study hard and get good marks next time.
