BIT Durg is the college for hustlers.
Placements: At Bhilai Institute of Technology (BIT DURG), placements are like other colleges. Any branch student is eligible for placements. The placement is only available for CSE branch with an average salary package of 3 LPA - 4 LPA. There is nothing special. The college provides placements in a good way.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not very good. My school had good infrastructure than this college. The normal benches rust and are arranged in 4 rows and 3 columns. Please do not opt for this college if you're looking for its infrastructure.
Faculty: In the electrical branch, every semester has 5 main teachers teach you. Out of which, only 2 teachers are very good and take care of students. Other teachers only give assignments and lab work to complete. The curriculum is good for the college. The exam is average.
Other: There are some clubs organising events in our college. The students who are very serious in their studies come to this college. The practical knowledge that we get in the lab sessions is organised every day.

College is not that bad. You can do well if you work hard yourself.
Placements: Companies like Wipro, Infosys, Teach Mahindra, HDFC Bank, jio private limited etc. , are the companies that come to offer good placements for students of all branches in our college. There are many students who were placed in my batch, and the minimum package was 3 lac and the maximum package was 17 lac. Amazon, Google, and Flipkart were among the companies that recruited students Approximately 80% of the students were placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in our college is good, and every department has its own proper lab and classrooms. The rooms and hostels are very ventilated and big, but there should be maintenance, which is not regularly provided. The hostel and laboratories are connected through a Wi-Fi network. The library of Bhilai Institute of Technology is very big and can accommodate around 56,000 books in general. There are several libraries, which are department libraries for each department. The hostels for boys and girls are separate. The mess is inside the camps. The food provided is good, hygienic, and sufficient.
Faculty: The teachers and faculty members in the Bhilai institute to technology are very experienced and qualified. The Holds of each department are very sincere and strict towards there subjects. The course is very industry-oriented. There are several subjects in each semester which are directly related to the industry, like smart manufacturing and artificial intelligence. The semester exams consist of three exams (CT1, CT2) and a semester exam. There are a total of 5 unit, which are divided into 2 and 3, respectively. The exam questions come from the notes and assignment questions, so it is not very difficult to answers them. It is very easy if you study; you can easily get 8 to 9.5 CGPA.
Other: The best thing about my college is the connectivity, which is very near the railway station of the year for everything in which the college can improve, like infrastructure, boys hostels, and mess food, and provide some more facilities now in the events and festivals that are held in the BIT. It is an annual take-first in which various sports and cultural and foreign activities are there. It is held every year, and last two to four days various students from different colleges come to participate in them and enjoy them.

Overall good for people near Durgapur otherwise don't take admission from outside state.
Placements: Placement is only for CS IT sector for core branches placement is not good. I have seen many of my senior core branches getting placed in IT sectors but not in core companies. But you will get a good environment for competitive exams like GATE and others.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is nice and the classrooms are well managed. Every branch has its building. Its library has a very well collection of books parking, gym and sports area are well managed sorry but I don't know much about hostels but I have heard from my friend that it was not bad.
Faculty: BIT Durgapur is the 2nd best college in Chhattisgarh after NIT Raipur. All the faculty members have done Masters in their fields. You will get a good environment for competitive exams like GATE and other exams. You can take admission for exploring yourself because it have all the things you need to grow.

I am satisfied with this college.
Placements: Almost 20% of students from our course got placed. The average salary package offered in our course ranges from 6-7 LPA. TCS is one of the most recruiting companies that visit our college for our course as well as other courses also. The top roles offered in our courses are telecommunication engineer and circuit designer.
Infrastructure: Our department building has Wi-Fi in almost every corner. Labs are well-mannered, neat, and tidy. The quality of our hostel is average. The indoor sports facility are good when compared to outdoor sports.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful. Their teaching quality is good. They are knowledgeable. I cannot say about the course curriculum as I am a third-semester student. Semester exams are pretty tough and lengthy in our college. The pass percentage is 34%. Faculty members are good. They are easy to communicate with and friendly in nature.
