BIMTECH - Value for money

Placements: The placements this season have been phenomenal with a lot of companies coming to recruit form BIMTECH. The placement has been fair and equal for all the courses be it PGDM, PGDM INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS, PGDM INSURANCE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT or PGDM RETAIL. Almost 40% of the batch has been placed. The highest package was 21 lakhs per annum whereas the lowest was 5 lakh per annum. Average package has been 8 lakhs per annum. LG, Birlasoft, Orient, KPMG, Mahindra, TCS, TATA, PNB are some of our top rec...

Satisfied with the quality of teaching and infrastructure but placement is average.

Placements: The placements are good, almost 95% of student got placed this year with an average package of around 6.5LPA and minimum 6LPA. For the fee of 10 lakhs and total cost of 13 lakhs, the placements are pretty average with a package of 6.5LPA. Apart from this, SIP or Summer Internship Program is a mandatory program which the students must undertake during their course in order to gain exposure to the corporate world. These internships benefit the student as well as the company and lead to a more favo...

Review of BIMTECH PGDM course by a 2013-15 batch student

Placements: The percentage of placements in 2013 and 2014 batches was the lowest because of anticipated change of government. However, from my batch (2015) onward, there was a positive change in terms of intake (number of students) and average payout. Some of the best performers from my senior batch led to increased number of consecutive offers and payout from recruiters (e.g. Bajaj Finance Ltd, Bajaj Corp Ltd, SRF Ltd) to my batch. A few companies like D. S. Group came exclusively for work-experienced cand...

Students will get the best of facilities than any other B-school, apart from placements.

Placements: Although 98% of the students got placements from the college but most are unhappy with what they got. This has not happened with us and the situation was same with our senior batch. Trident gave the highest package which was 15 lakh whereas the lowest package was as low as 3.25 lakh. More than 100 companies visited the campus. Some of them are Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y, Amul, Bajajcorp, Bluedart etc. Students were offered different roles from sales, consulting, research, wealth manager, market res...

The college has brilliant faculty members who help you with each and every problem to the best of their abilities. The staff in the mess, hostel, and cafe is very helpful. So far, the placements have been good and students have got good internship opportunities. The crowd in the campus is also good and you can learn a lot from all your peers around.

BIMTECH is a college which in specific terms I can describe as "Family". Studying in BIMTECH is worth the fees they charge. Placements all are good. But, you have to get good CGPA and your teachers will surely support you in getting good marks. Professors during placements help on an individual basis. The atmosphere is very good, in the evening they play soft instrumental music which soothes the environment. The best part is few professors stay within the campus which leads to a comfortable and ...

It is a good college. It also has the brand name of Birla. The field of marketing has better prospects here. The placements are above average. They only serve vegetarian food. The campus is compact, but you have good facilities all-round, you won't be disappointed. Taking about hostels, they are good too. As of now, it is a good experience all around. If the offer value and the number of companies coming for campus recruitment increase, the college would catapult further to the top.

The campus life was one of the best to expect. Though in the first year, we stayed in a private institution via a tie-up with the college. It would have been great to have stayed in the college campus for the entire period. Some of the teachers are world class and make you think out of the box. I am really blessed to have studied under many great teachers including a few chartered accountants who have handled finance subjects. There were a few bad faculty members as well. But that’s the part an...

The college is really very good with well-experienced professors and nice pedagogy. The college has provided us laptops and CUG numbers and nice facilities with a clean hygienic environment as well as the mess. Though the only bad point about college is that it is too strict and too many rules are there with very little space for students. The placements here are very nice. Worth joining and investing money!

The college is great. The campus here is green and friendly. The faculty is from the industry and has a corporate exposure, which enhances the learning from them. The faculty is helping and always ready to impart their knowledge. Various conduits and clubs formed help in the overall development of leadership skills, organising different events etc. It helps in the holistic development. I, as a student gained a lot of exposure and learned a lot.
