For B.Sc. students, the B.MS College for Women has a strong placement history. The college offers students plenty of internship possibilities in addition to on-campus placement. The college's placement rate is in the range of 80–82%. The average placement was 2.5 LPA, while the maximum placement was 4.5 LPA. Accenture, Mahindra, Tata Consultancy Services, and Infosys among the organizations that are coming to the campus for placements. Businesses with a high placement rate for B.Sc. students include Path Labs and Dr. Reddy's. Additionally, a group of college students is chosen to visit Yakul for an industrial tour.
