BMS College of Architecture Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Basavanagudi, Bangalore

Placements: I am yet to get placed. I am studying in the second year, so I have no much idea about placements yet. However, I have heard that BMS College has great placements. It is one of the best colleges, and hence there will be surely nice placements.

Placements: For courses like B.Arch, placements aren't normal in our college because while doing our professional training in the 5th year, we usually continue working in the firm in which we are interned after our graduation. If students who are pursuing B.Arch requires placements, the department and the placement cell will help them.

Placements: Architecture is a course where a year of internship is compacted in 5 years. We were provided exposure to the work environment before completing the course. Placements are available, but none of our seniors or lecturers prefers placements because we will not be able to design and instead will be made do some computer work of some other peoples designs. Even I don't recommend students to opt for placements.

Placements: In B.Arch, no placement is required, but the college will help us in our internships and for the successful course completion, many opportunities are provided. Reputed companies and firms visit campus to hire students in large number. We also participate in NASA, which is an all India-level architecture competition and, we had the honour to host in our college in a year.
